Enjoyable and feels like home.
Pros:

Staff makes the difference. Everyone is helping and welcoming. The receptionists were great, there is one gentleman who is always smiling and asking for any required support, I guess he is from the management, I like they way he approaches guests and solving problems. Everyone is eager to provide support.
The restaurant was great variety of dishes and chief Omar was always providing extra support.

I understand the facility furniture is a bit old but yes very clean and the value for money is great

Literally Disappointing

When I entered there was no slippers, no tissues when asked the house keeping tissues where broughg after 20 minutes where we were sleeping and the staff are like they are tired of us. They didn't even look at us like and greet us.It was really annoying when we are coming to any hotels we expect good things and something appreciating bit got really upset being in 5 star hotel its was like really disappointment where just for 10 hrs this was our second experience first was good but not too good but second time it was literally disappointing where we found only 0ne soap and not toothpaste only one towel when there are 2 Guest in the room really got disappointed.They gave as reward card too
WHY to come back again no way. THANK YOU

Decent if you plan to eat and enjoy most of your time out of the hotel

Amenities like Moroccan bath, suna not working, pool to busy/noisy and wet floors. Parking always had limitations in capacity. Room service food not that good. Had allergies from dust
