Very disappointing experience. The information provided to us was incorrect, and we were charged additional amounts during check-out without any prior notice or explanation. These additional charges should have been clearly communicated before confirming the booking or during the communication at the time of check in, not presented at the time of check-out. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has significantly affected our experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Safety Concerns

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on a recommendation and expected a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the service and maintenance fell far below expectations.

The first issue was with the bathtub in our room. It was not draining properly, making it difficult to use. I reported the problem to reception, and the maintenance team informed us that it had been fixed. However, nothing had changed, and the issue remained throughout our stay.

The biggest disappointment was the in-room dining service. We placed our dinner order at 8:10 PM and were told it would be delivered within 20 minutes. Instead, we waited until 10:00 PM before receiving our food. After waiting nearly two hours, we were simply told the staff were busy. Being busy is understandable, but customers should be informed about delays instead of being left waiting without any communication.

Another serious concern was the electrical power outlet in Room 336. The socket was loose and appeared unsafe, especially for families with young children. This is a significant safety hazard that should be addressed immediately.

While the staff were polite and apologized, apologies alone do not make up for poor maintenance, long delays, and safety issues. As paying guests, we expected a much higher standard of service and attention to guest safety.

I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves its maintenance procedures, customer service, and communication. No guest should have to experience these issues during their stay.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope these concerns are resolved before other guests face the same problems.
