Had a great night staff when checking in was excellent, friendly.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast as we checked out at 5:00 AM, However, we did have dinner the night we stayed. Byrce our waiter was ecellent, He took great care of our dinning needs. Great personality and services

Close to airport, clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

Front desk was nice and it was close to airport for early morning flight.

Cons:

Little out dated technology, but still very good for value. Also had to pay for parking which was annoying but what can you do.

The bed was very uncomfortable! The bedding was scratchy and the bedspread too thin and short for the bed; the pillows were far too soft and floppy and offered no support at all. I didn’t sleep one wink.

Great for a short stay near the airport.
Pros:

The free airport shuttle availability which was the main reason I booked here. I was worried I might miss it since my late night flight was slightly delayed, but they operate until 12 am. You just have to call for pickup upon arrival. The driver was great and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Location is close to several shopping areas with multiple restaurant options that I could walk to.

Cons:

Shower curtain needed replacing as it was a little gross. Noises in the hallway or other rooms woke me up a few times.

he entire experience was a 100% rip off. could not check in as No Reservation

nothing at all i booked the room via booking .com then called the hotel and they had no record of my name nor the confirmation number. in other words no reservation and yet i am charged full price for nothing from your company and could not take the service.

Cons:

the entire experience was a 100% rip off. I could not use the "reservation" as there was NO RESERVATION on record with the hotel. NO CONFIRMATION number and NO RECORD OF MY NAME. So noplace to Check in AT. After calling 2x on this I CANCELLED AND NOW I AM SUPPOSE TO EAT THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Recommend if you wanna be in that area and don’t mind paying for parking and breakfast
Pros:

It was clean small cute bar was great. You have to pay for breakfast. :( they did have free coffee and tea. That was nice bartender is very nice attentive.

Cons:

You had to pay for parking when there was open parking everywhere. didn’t appreciate that. It was just too far from everything that we needed to get. In our opinion.
They wanted you to pay for breakfast when it was a very simple breakfast. Not worth how much it was.
