Great stay and price.
Pros:

Front desk very friendly and helpful, very quiet at night.

Cons:

No trash cans outside, only one big city trash bin in the far corner of the property.

Just about everything, roaches in the room.
First room didnt have hot water, swapping rooms was a pain.
The staff was rude and told me to not bother them during off hours, to knock on room 17 door and have the maintenance person get what we needed.
Pool was disgusting and fencing around pool was completely rusted out and dangerous to be around or within.
Floors would seep water through them during a rain storm.
The cabinets were filthy and water rotted.
Pillows were terrible and flat.
Just a filthy and disgusting stay.
We checked out a day early and wernt even offered a refund for the one day.

Worst hotel stay ive ever had in my life.... ive stayed in man camps that were better kept than this hotel. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Do not stay in this hotel, it needs to be condemned until brought up to a better standard.

It was calm.
Pros:

The room was very dirty and smelled bad. I think that it should have been cleaned i know they might have been understaffed but i wish it was cleaner.

Cons:

The $50 deposit i got it back ,but everything is expensive
