I really enjoyed my mini vacation there.
Pros:

The location was great, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious as well as the beach side restaurant and bar.

Cons:

I didn't like that only one elevator was working. The wait time was horrendous. I also didn't like that housekeeping didn't come during my stay. Even though they only service every other day it's inconvenient for those only staying 2 nights.

A truly wonderful hotel to stay at in Daytona Fl!
Pros:

I loved that the beach was so close it was perfect! I loved the tiki bar convenience for food and beverages on property. The property was pristine clean the best I have seen ever! Staff were all fantastic and so sweet.

Cons:

The air conditioning was a little wonky. I did try to get maintenance to come out to look at it but I am not sure if they did. It was so hot our first night barely could sleep. But we cranked it super low so it would get cold. We had to keep it like that or it wouldn’t go back to a nice a/c feel. Not sure what was wrong with it.

Overall a great place to stay on Dayton Beach
Pros:

Clean and great staff. Liked the outdoor pool

Cons:

There was no convenient ramp so I could get onto the beach and the juices for breakfast were tasteless and watery

Cons:

Paying for daily parking on the site But the public Guests could come use Tiki bar and Take up all the parking spaces and Not Pay when as guests we were paying.

Beds and pillows were soft

Cons:

Night shift manager very rude, house keeping did not come clean every other as stated…I had to call to get my sheets changed . Someone called a noise complaint on my room and every one was sleep the property threatened to make me and my family leave if someone complained again and we were 7 hours from home, did not appreciate that at all ! I was highly pissed and for that reason I will not book there again ! Breakfast is mediocre and not that pleasant.
