Our TV didn't stay connected to wifi and lagged alot. We stopped using it

Ramp for the wheelchair was long, and getting into the front door too close to the stairs.
Only Ada room available had no view or balcony. Overlooking the parking lot wasn’t good, considering that mobility issues made going outside challenging.
Horrible experience with inadequate service. Booked a room on June 17, 2026 for Aug 11 and 12.(room 210) with one night non refundable deposit. Arrived on the 11th for check in. Went to the room assigned by Magen and proceeded to the room which was not what we paid for on June 17th. Was told that she couldn’t put us in the room we reserved and paid for. Told us that sometimes “agents” come in and change rooms for guests. I asked to be refunded our 2 night stay and Magen told me that because I had already checked in she couldn’t possibly refund our money, I was in the room for approximately 14 seconds before going down to the front desk. Advised her to call her manager Nicole Currie, after a lengthy discussion we were able to secure a refund. I’ve had root canals that are less painful than dealing with this incompetent staff

the room was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and vaulted windows - unfortunately the windows only were able to be curtained in the lower part so the early morning sun could not be blocked at all. There were 2 queen beds - the one closest to the window was approximately 6 inches from the A/C blower - no way to deflect air blowing directly into your face all night unless you chose to rearrange the bedding so you could sleep with your feet nearest the A/C instead of your head. The shower was out of both shampoo and conditioner which of course you only realize once you are wet which was very unpleasant.
