Value for money accomodation in the heart of Waikiki. All restaurants and shopping street walking distance from hotel. Good pool and day beds - super relaxing.
No food option in the hotel itself but restaurants just outside and of course option of uber and or going to Main Street to eat
The location was good, the hotel quite nice in general and the beds were comfortable.
We had paid for a Waikiki view room - and got a view of a multi-story carpark instead. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor when we arrived. The toilet was not properly secured to the floor. The shower is extremely small and a strange shape - making it difficult to wash your hair unless you're leaning up against the wall. The room doors slam instead of soft close and you can hear every single person come and go from their rooms on your floor, day and night. The guest/tour service desk was not in a position that you readily noticed when you arrived, and we didn't realise that service was available until our second last day. No mention of it at time of check-in by staff. I made a call overseas from my hotel room of 20 minutes duration and was charged $165 USD!!! Extortionate rates to say the least - given there is no way the telco would have passed anywhere near those fees onto the actual hotel.

I stayed twice: at the beginning and at the end of my Hawaiian journey. The first time the room was perfect. The second was just behind the elevators and it was very noisy.

Great location! Walking distance to just about everything - including the beach, restaurant, car rentals, and tours. We are a family of 4. The room was the right size for us. The layout gives it a spacious feel. There's a small balcony perfect for drying bathing suits. The staff was friendly, in particular Renzo, he was helpful when we arrived and as we left.

Great Hotel and location…friendly staff and recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Excellent value for the quality of experience. Hotel is clean. Joyce was fantastic…kept our rooms in perfect shape every day. Will definitely be back.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e, in particolare, la doccia è davvero troppo angusta e poco confortevole. Inoltre, il lavandino era intasato.
La camera, già di per sé piuttosto piccola, non era pulita come ci si aspetterebbe. Il servizio di pulizia, con relativo cambio della biancheria, veniva effettuato solamente ogni due giorni. Anche il letto è risultato troppo piccolo per due persone, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole.
Nel complesso, ci sono diversi aspetti che andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia, le dimensioni della camera e il comfort.

This hotel has been such a dream. I loved how everything was so accessible and how all the workers were so helpful.
I especially liked Angie at the front desk. As soon as we arrived she was cracking jokes and making us feel welcomed.
I also would like to shout out renzo, each day he made sure to greet us and remembered all of the people I was here with and went out of his way to ask us our plans and he has some recommendations too!
