Beautiful ALOHA greeting at the front desk with a super friendly woman who helped us with an early checkin. This was much appreciated after a long haul flight and not having to store our bags to wait for the room was awesome.

ただもう少し丁寧な説明があると良かったと思う

Cons:

集団で「thank you」を連呼しながらお掃除の人たちが部屋に来て、凄い勢いで、掃除やシーツを整えて帰って行ったけど、ゴミを捨てたりする手袋と、シーツを整える手袋が同じでとても不快だった
あとその「thank you」の連呼も不快！

部屋掃除はいいからタオルなどの消耗品だけ清潔に補充して欲しかった

Expensive hotel but good location for walking downtown easy to find,great hot tub and gym.
Pros:

Location was great easy to walk in and out ,yo get around and parking garage had plenty of spots.

Cons:

Smell coming from shower drain smelled terrible ,but was too tired to complain ,just covered it with a wet towel after showing.and really wish the fridge was stocked with drinks like mosy hotels ,i took so many trips to the store for a simple water beer or juice.
