I would stay there again I especially love the ladies at the front desk especially a lady named Angie called her big Ang
Pros:

It’s very centrally located. It’s really pretty although my room was looking out toward the parking lot. I have construction going on. I like the staff a lot and the interior of the hotel had recently named done in the lobby was really pretty.

Cons:

I love the fact that they had a Hawaiian lay class the teacher was funny. He taught us how to make them. I took mine home and dried it.

Pros:

Location is great. One block back from beach which is a 2 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and right next to the international marketplace, perfect for Kona coffee in the morning.

The building has been renovated (previously known as Ohana). Pool area is beautiful with fresh towels available to take to beach.

The lobby and street levels have plenty of seating areas.

Lifts were quick compared to other places we've stayed. Housekeeping are brilliant and helpful.

We opted for a 1 bedroom room which had plenty of space for us and our two children to sleep on the pull out sofa.

Cons:

We've stayed here previously and had a fully stocked kitchenette. With the renovations they've removed all kitchen items apart from a microwave (not available in all rooms), mini fridge, coffee machine and sink. We wanted to have some basic meals in the hotel so had to go to a store to buy basic plates, cutlery, dishwash etc. We traveled with friends who did the same. Hotels don't often come with these facilities but it was a bit disappointing to find they had been removed.

Enjoyable stay, centrally located, near the beach.
Pros:

Excellent location, in the heart of Waikiki, plenty of eating places, shops, very convenient to pick up point for day tour, International Market, saw Hawaiian performance.
Hotel check-in staff Angie is exceptional friendly and helpful. She makes us very welcome.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location of the Outrigger Paradise was excellent. It was a block away from the main strip and beach so walking everywhere was easy. There are lots of options for restaurants, shops and cafes.
The room was comfortable and suited our needs. Rooms are serviced every second day which was fine with us.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no room service available and no bar facility at the pool. Interestingly the sign at the pool states that no outside food & beverages are permitted. Despite this everyone brought in food & drink which was understandable.
There is a restaurant on street level which offers a 15% discount to guests.

Great location, comfortable accommodation
Pros:

Ideally situated for the main strip of Waikiki. Both our rooms delivered what was promised in the booking; very comfortable and well appointed. Special mention must go to housekeeping who were superb in adapting their routines with our two toddlers. The pool facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Hot water supply a bit tenuous at times. Adjacent rooms doors very noisy when closing.
