Was close to the shops and beach .
Location was great easy to walk in and out ,yo get around and parking garage had plenty of spots.
Smell coming from shower drain smelled terrible ,but was too tired to complain ,just covered it with a wet towel after showing.and really wish the fridge was stocked with drinks like mosy hotels ,i took so many trips to the store for a simple water beer or juice.
Rooms were extremely clean and tidy
Sometimes there were lines to talk to staff at the lobby

The area was great for shopping, eating, or just strolling around.
The bed was great, the pillows not so.
They are to hard and fluffy, bring your own
The water pressure in the shower was low.

Noise was terrible, our room was right next to the lift shaft of the main lifts and a separate service lift. People going in and out of the lifts sounded like they were inside our room. The service lift access door would bang everytime someone walked through it. Traffic noise from the street below was intense. The bed was tiny. A double, which shoudl probably be more like a queen size but wasnt. Bathroom door hit the vanity so could only open 45degrees.

Everything was great except I had 3 rooms and none of them has hot water at all
At least warm water to shower, all 3 rooms did not have hot shower water
La Ubicación fue excelente, el personal siempre fue agradable, el parqueo dentro del lugar aunque era por paga, pero comparándolo con otros Hoteles era unos de los parqueos mas económicos.
No tengo quejas.

Value for money accomodation in the heart of Waikiki. All restaurants and shopping street walking distance from hotel. Good pool and day beds - super relaxing.
No food option in the hotel itself but restaurants just outside and of course option of uber and or going to Main Street to eat
