The beach chairs are too far to access. Should be closer to the building that’s closer to the beach.
It was centrally located in Waikiki. Parking Valet were very courtesy and welcoming.
Air conditioning air filters were completely full of dust. Have to call building maintenance to replace. Water pressure on shower was very low. The water refilling station nearby elevator kept breaking down. Sofa bed was completely worn that you could feel the springs.

Location was great with International Market directly opposite to the hotel. Not far to walk to the beach and room was a good size and very clean. Will stay here again.
Waiting times for lifts were longer than expected. Even though there were 4 lifts it didn’t seem to function well together.

Room was very small, photos were misleading to the size of the room. Amenities were not great - body wash was not refilled once and was basically empty when we arrived. Lucky we had purchased our own. Extremely bad water pressure in the shower

Location was great, close to everything. Room spacious, large bathroom. Great to have a kettle, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Staff at main desk were very helpful with all our needs.
