The location is superb and very central to everything. International Market Place is right across the road which has a Target and many eateries. There is also a Food Market right next door which is super handy for snack and grocery items. It’s very easy to walk to Kalākaua Avenue, the Beach, and to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre. It’s also close to the bus stop and the Waikiki Trolley stop. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and the pool is nice too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
It can get a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday nights with people drinking, fighting and speed racing.
The carpet can also use a deep clean as the bottom of all my brand new white socks have turned brown after wearing them for just a few hours in the room.
LOCATION and staff! The location was excellent, especially when traveling with a 15-month-old. It was very convenient being right across from the International Market Place, which includes a Target—this provided peace of mind for picking up any light groceries as needed. The staff, especially the receptionist and housekeeping team, were very approachable and friendly :)
The beach is only a few blocks away, and the walk doesn’t feel long when you’re enjoying the scenery along the way. Another great perk was the complimentary beach gear rental (chairs, umbrella, and beach toys) from “Beach Candy Waikiki.” One day, we had pre-breakfast at Sunrise Shack, breakfast at Lulu’s, picked up the rental, and spent a relaxing morning at Kuhio Beach, which is very toddler-friendly.
Oh for matcha lovers, I highly recommend Nana's Green Tea! It's about a 7ish min walk from the hotel. Soo good! :)
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my husband and me, but our toddler loved them. I also think the hotel could use more valet staff. We were instructed to call valet 15 minutes before leaving, which we did on our first day, but we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes when we arrived downstairs for our car.
After that, we started calling about 30 minutes ahead of time to avoid delays.

Die Lage, Rita die Zimmerfrau die sehr gut gereinigt hat. Die Grösse des Zimmers.
Personal an der Reception/Front desk nicht professionell und sehr langsam, preis/Leistung auch nicht gewährleistet. Kein Balkon vorhanden und Zimmerwechsel wird sehr kompliziert gemacht damit man nicht umzieht.
