I enjoyed my stay overall, and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel was directly across from the International Market Place. Target was right in front of the hotel, which was convenient for any last-minute shopping needs.

Cons:

The long wait for the elevators and how some guests cut in front of others to get on, even though people had been waiting longer.

It was okay for the time we were there, just busy and crowded.
Pros:

Convenient location, mostly friendly staff, pool area was nice clean, fun for the kids.

Cons:

Elevators took forever and were always crowded. The valet parking area was kind of hidden on the side of the building on a one way street, which wasn’t on my map, so finding it initially was a bugger with all the traffic, but we made it. Our room was tiny and the shower had zero water pressure.

Great location!

Cons:

Do not be surprised when your bill is higher than what booking.com says is the final price. There’s several taxes that are not accounted for. Never seen so many different items to be taxed for a room.
