We had hot water issues that could only be fixed by running the basin and the shower at the same to.time to get hot water ,took a long time to come through and then was not very hot at all .

Le séjour parfait

J’adore cet hôtel à Waikiki ! Il est idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la plage, juste en face du supermarché Target et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter pleinement de son séjour à Hawaï.

L’hôtel a également été rénové récemment, ce qui est un vrai plus. À chaque fois que je retourne à Hawaï, je choisis de séjourner dans cet établissement, car je trouve que c’est tout simplement l’une des meilleures options en termes de rapport qualité-prix sur l’île. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Le prix du Valet parking, même si c’est le cas pas tout en Waikiki

立地は最高。オーシャンビューにこだわらない人なら満足できる。
TheBus の乗り場も丸亀製麺もトロリー乗り場もビーチも全部すぐ近く。プライベートでも、また泊まると思う。
ドライヤー、電気ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ有り。24Hランドリーあり。
歯ブラシ、くし、化粧水などのアメニティはなし。バスタブなし。タオル類は豊富に用意してある。
設備（電気ケトル、ランドリー）に不具合があったときも即座に対応してくれて助かりました。
洗濯と乾燥、それぞれ$4,25（クレカのみだったような）洗剤は$2（現金のみだったような）。
大体、満足できた。

Cons:

寝室は間接照明のみで暗い。本読めない、夜にテイクアウトの食事を食べるとき暗すぎ。

Satisfactory budget hotel for Waikiki but not good service
Pros:

Good location to beach, local attractions and shop. Pool and poolside bar was good and provision of pool towels. Handy and workable laundry.

Cons:

The $100 USD per day holding amount for incidentals etc. (over $500 AUD for the stay) was ridiculous. We've never paid more than $100 AUD for the entire stay at accommodation for holding amount for incidentals. The reception staff took too long to attend to customers. When we first arrived to check-in, there were at least 3 staff behind the counter on computers and not one looked up to attend to us and we were waiting for at least 15 minutes. We were promised a balcony we did receive upon check-in but with no furniture on balcony and overlooking back dock of hotel. Not great service. No pickups from this hotel for booked tours and we had to walk to other locations. They also do not provide any airport transfers.

Excellent location and room
Pros:

Location fantastic and room very spacious.
Ideal for a six night stay for us.

Cons:

Even though I am a Hilton Honors member no benefits were available to us which was a bit annoying. Also other benefits offered at checking in were also not available it seemed.
Would be much better not to mention these benefits, rather than tell us and then tell us we can’t have them?!

We then had to wait almost half an hour to check out as again, wasn’t able to check out using the Hilton app. Almost missed our uber!

It honestly felt like we were being punished for using Booking.com and not booking direct with Hilton
