Château Beauvallon

The outside pool, although beautiful, had a lot of dead bugs in it (husband found a dead frog floating) and when the lifeguard heard another guest mention to his wife that there were a lot of dead bugs floating, he handed him the pool skimmer and told him to skim the entire pool (while he was swimming with his kids) and just watched. Also, The inside pool is very small and dangerously slippery tile around it.

La localisation, il n'y a pas de restaurant à l'hotel, ni grand chose autour.

Check-out is at 11:00. At 11:05, a staff member knocked on our door. We told him we’d be leaving in 10 minutes. At 11:15, another staff member knocked to ask about check-out... A very bad impression! We had booked two consecutive nights but under two separate reservations. The morning after the first night, at 11:40, they knocked on our door for check-out! Clearly, there is no communication among the staff. There was a hole in the wooden balcony flooring, looking straight down into the void... Shouldn't that have been repaired?

La piscine ouvre trop tard le matin. Idéalement 8h30 serait parfait

Le Murphy bed ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a rien offert en remplacement mis à part un lit gonflable

Il nous mentionne sur le site que nous pouvons faire une arrivée hâtive . J’ai téléphoné deux fois pour le mentionner et que j’allais assumer les frais et malgré tout nous n’avons pas eu droit . Les gens arrivaient avant l’heure et ils avaient leur chambre directement même si l’heure d’arrivée étais de 16 hrs . Ils avaient leurs chambre à 14 hrs . À mon avis si nous demandons et que vous offrez le service ils devraient demander aux personnels d’entretiens de faire notre chambre en premier . D’autant plus que l’établissement va faire des sous . J’adore sincèrement votre établissement, c’est mon deuxième séjour et j’y compte bien y retourner . Par contre mon seul avis négatif est celui-ci.

Need more front desk staff. It was always light. Great staff though. No phone to call front desk in room.

Es un hotel antiguo, venido a menos y oscuro. Habitaciones con muy poca luz. Desconchados en los pasillos. Algo triste. Para familias que solo buscan una piscina. Pero no repetiría.
