Schöne Unterkunft mit grosszügigen Zimmern, leider kein Restaurant vorhanden
Pros:

grosse Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmer und Balkon. Der Aussenpool (inkl. Whirlpool) sah ebenfalls gut aus, hatten wir jedoch nicht benutzt: für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass andere Hotelgäste mit Strassenkleidern (lange Hosen & T-Shirt) baden gingen und dies offensichtlich toleriert wurde. Sehr unhygienisch.
Schön gelegen, direkt am See.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Hotel kein Restaurant hat. Auch Frühstück wird nicht serviert, sodass man für jegliche Verpflegung das Auto benutzen muss.

parfait pour aller dormir a proximité du village tremblant
Pros:

l'emplacement, chambre et 2 salles de bain tres pratique avec des enfants, belle cour

Cons:

manque de divertissement hors de la chambre et manque un peu d'équipement pour la cuisine, ciseaux,couteau tranchant ,filtre café et je n'avais pas de place pour ranger ma nourriture.Tapis tres tâcher # 205

Pros:

Personnel gentil, serviable et attentionné. Endroit tranquille et à proximité des restaurants et des sites touristiques. Suite spacieuse et très bien insonorisée. Piscines bien entretenues.

Cons:

L’éclairage dans la suite, surtout dans la cuisine, est très faible. Pas de petits bols, pour manger des céréales par exemple. Mobilier et tapis un peu vieillots. L'eau de la piscine extérieure est chaude alors que celle de la piscine intérieure est trop froide.

Great experience
Pros:

Excellent location, great experience, very clean, the pool and hot tub are amazing. It's very quiet and family friendly, the staff are very nice and helpful, we'll definitely come back. It's a true gem!

Cons:

The only downside is that there's no restaurant in the hotel, but it's easy to get to one nearby.

Superbe ambiance
Pros:

Le personnel et accueillant et chaleureux. Le prix est convenable pour la qualité. Nous avions une suite 1 chambre et c’était super! Le barman au petit bar était très jovial et animait le bar en chantant. Cocktail super bon également! Le service de navette entre l’hôtel et le village touristique était très pratique. Chauffeur très courtois et agréable!

Cons:

Par contre l’éclairage dans la chambre est très faible. Pour la piscine les autres commentaires ne mentaient pas. Il y avait effectivement beaucoup d’insectes dans la piscine extérieur le soir quand nous y sommes aller. Nous avions également un balcon au deuxième étage. Il faisait également chaud la nuit, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et on n’a jamais trouvé la manette pour la mettre en marche. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel ni de petit déjeuner inclus.

Noise disturbance by the pool after closing time, with people drinking from glasses (which is actually strictly prohibited) until 11 p.m., even though the pool is only open until 8 p.m.; the place is very run-down, very dusty, and has minor defects such as broken curtain rods and a dirty balcony.

Cons:

La peinture du balcon s'écaille dans la 317, donc lorsque que nous revenions dans la suite, nous avions des bouts de peinture en dessous des pieds.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, la disponibilité d'activitées familiales dans l'hotel, la machine à café à la réception, le bar, la piscine, le bain tourbillion, le balcon, la chambre - tout

Cons:

Le wifi est faible. Les verres dans la kitchenette n'étaient pas toutes bien lavés et le robinet de la kitchenette était un peu mal placé - l'eau arrosait autour du lavabo aux moments de l'utilisation. Sinon, ces sont les très petits soucis pour nous. L'hotel est beau!
