The Palms Turks and Caicos

We went for our anniversary, giving the stay to each other as our gift, and it was one of the best gifts ever. Beautiful property, really nice pool, and right on Grace Bay beach. Outstanding breakfast was included. Parallel 23 restaurant was certainly as nice as anything on the island. It's expensive, but no more than other fine dining on the island. I was surprised the hotel has several Hobie Cats that are free. The staff was as nice as could be. Tip - it is worth it to rent a car. If you do, try for one with right hand drive since traffic is on the left (it is a British Overseas Territory, so what did you expect?). Many rentals are American with left hand drive. You may have heard that much of the Caribbean has a real problem with sargassum, a nasty seaweed that washes onto the beaches by the ton and stinks. If this island has that, it is almost always on the opposite side of the island from this property, so it was never an issue.

The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.
We especially enjoyed the wide range of activities and the breathtaking beach, which made every day unforgettable. The level of customer service truly sets this resort apart. We can't wait to return and are already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Turks at The Palms. We met some amazing people at the resort that made the trip even more enjoyable. Jane was our first point of contact at breakfast daily and what a wonderful human being she is. She always had a smile on her face and was interested in our day! Now there is also Carol over at Parallel restaurant. She was a hoot! Very friendly and engaging and we really enjoyed our talks with her and catching her dancing to some of the great music during dinner. The people there are wonderful and make an already great resort even better!

The resort was wonderful. The restaurants were excellent. We enjoyed Arlean helping us with breakfast. Her service and personality were an excellent start to the day.

This hotel gave our huge group of families a trip to remember! We had great local recommendations and excursions which we were able to get transportation to and they had something for everyone! Us being a pool and beach forward group this resort provided us the best views and the best place to relax.

Arlean was fantastic. She was courtesy, extremely helpful and polite. Ask for her if you decide to have breakfast at the Garden.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful amenities. The breakfast garden experience every morning set our day off on a great foot. We loved the pool, especially the Plunge Pool Bar and the opportunity to eat lunch without leaving the water. Both Si Si and Parallel 23 had good food and great atmosphere. We loved the beach - comfortable lounge chairs, effective umbrellas, and the most beautiful water we’ve ever seen. Walk 20 minutes to the left of the resort and you can snorkel from the shore - an amazing experience. Our son loved the kids club, especially Nadine, who was attentive and fun and kept him busy with tons of crafts and games. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
