Pros:

Location was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful!!!

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for the quality of food, I would suggest more fresh fruit.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru od historycznego centrum Florencji i katedry.
Bliżej bez naruszenia ZTL chyba się już wjechać nie da.
Wygodny pokój z dużym tarasem.
Pyszne śniadania.
Wyjątkowy personel hotelu - ukłony i podziękowania dla dostojnych Panów z recepcji, którzy swą kulturą i chęcią pomocy wzmacniają wizerunek tego miejsca i dostojnie podkreślają jakość.
Klasa sama w sobie przywodząca na myśl najdroższe hotele świata.
Hotel na swoim terenie posiada niewielki parking na dosłownie kilka samochodów, który trzeba z wyprzedzeniem zarezerwować jeśli podróżujesz autem.
W przypadku dużego SUVa wjazd jest dość ciasny ale personel chętnie pomaga w manewrowaniu.
Generalnie bardzo udany pobyt.
Jeśli chcecie zwiedzać Florencję spacerkiem to miejsce wydaje się być w lokalizacji idealnej.

The hotel is very close to the rail station and walking into the city was easy, with a tram stop also near by. Good breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food. Staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was comfortable and functional, having all we needed for a short stay.
