La atención de la recepción, la persona que estaba el 27 de mayo en la mañana fui incapaz de pedir un taxi, sin siquiera informarnos que no lo haría, por lo que estuvimos a punto de perder el vuelo. Mala atención, pésima actitud y paupérrima eficiencia.

Very happy. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Pros:

The location, which initially I felt was too close to the train, was great for that same reason! We could easily ditch our heavy bags and get out into the city, and then walk to the station upon our departure. The hotel was charming, our room attractive, and the breakfast good. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

My only complaint was that that the desk couldn't change a 20 so that we could leave a tip for the housekeeper. That seemed odd.

die Nähe zum Bahnhof Firenze S.M.N., nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Straßenbahn fast vor der Haustüre, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum

Die Lage unseres Zimmers war auf der Hinterseite zum Bahnhof und wir haben am Abend und in der Nacht jede Ankunft und jede Abfahrt der Züge mitbekommen, sehr laut
