The room was super spacious and the staff was amazing. We asked for a room with a double bed and a single bed which is exactly whay they gave us, and as we were travelling with a two year old I asked if it was possible to move the double bed against the single bed so the kid wouldn't fall at night and they didn't have any problem. I expected to find a bit of dust under the bed but there was nothing. The rooms are super clean, and they feel very new. The bathroom has all the amenities necessary and the shower is massive. It's not close to anything in particular but it's not far away either, on the perfect location to visit all of Rome and it's very well connected by public transport.
It is surrounded by restaurants, bars, etc. But at night it is very quiet and they do not bother at all. In general we were very happy with our stay and would consider it again for future travel.
It was a bit pricy although nothing unreasonable considering the prices of the rest of the hotels in Rome.

Εξυπηρέτηση, καθαριότητα, ευγένεια, πολύ κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό, σε εστιατόρια και ωραία καφέ.
Our main problem was getting into the hotel. The phones were not answered and the hotel door was closed until someone accidentally tried to enter the building and we entered. The receptionist was deliberately not answering the phones.
But after we solved this problem, everything else was fine.
Personale molto gentile e ottima posizione
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e ordinate, ottima posizione per raggiungere i monumenti (Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, ...), ottima qualità/prezzo per la posizione centrale. Raggiungibile anche a piedi dalla stazione Termini, con una passeggiata.

On devait recevoir un peu plus d’informations afin de comprendre l’accès à l’hôtel qui est situé au bout d’un hall d’entrée au 4eme étage.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and once again it met our expectations. The location is excellent; you can reach all the main attractions on foot, which was the most important thing for us. The rooms are modest but clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel muy bien situado de los lugares más turísticos, a 20-30 minutos andando como mucho. Alrededor del hotel había bastantes restaurantes.
Personal muy amable, hablaban español, nos facilitaron llamar a un taxi a la vuelta, encantadores para cada cosa que preguntasemos, ademas nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en el hotel hasta nuestra hora de vuelo.
Habitación pequeña, pero cómoda, con una pequeña nevera y aire acondicionado.
El hotel se encuentra en una 4ª planta dentro de un portal, al principio si no lo sabes o lo conoces es un poco lioso ya que no esta muy bien indicado.
Por lo demás todo perfecto.
Seconda volta che vado sempre perfetti.
