Buen lugar con dificultades con la tarjeta
Pros:

Muy confortable, desde el inicio tuve buenas impresiones, buen trato y tanto la habitación dormitorio y baño como la recepción en el 4 piso del edificio se encontraban muy bien.

Cons:

Tuve problemas con la reserva, me enviaron con membresía del Hotel Garda y con mención de booking, un correo electrónico a mi casilla personal y un mensaje a whatsapp requiriendo la confirmación de la estadía con un enlace en el que tenía que colocar los datos de la tarjeta de crédito, con expresa salvedad que no se hacía cargo o pago alguno a la tarjeta. Días después observo el cargo por la estadía en la tarjeta, a pesar de que la estadía se encontraba abonada con anterioridad, y por ello envío copias a booking. La respuesta fue que ellos no enviaron nada y, cuando estuve alojada en el hotel me dijeron que seguro había sido un fraude, sin explicarme como habían obtenido mis datos personales, correo, teléfono y lugar y fecha de estadía. Si bien hice el desconocimiento del cargo con la tarjeta en el banco, aún no se resolvió, espero que el banco se deje sin efecto el cargo

Posizione ottima, camera ristrutturata e di buona dimensione , ascensore di dimensione giusta e non microscopico come di solito si trova in quei palazzi.

Cons:

Sarebbe meglio avere la possibilità della colazione, il letto è migliorabile , l’aria condizionata un po rumorosa .

Hotel excepcional! Tive uma experiência fantástica. RECOMENDO!
Pros:

Estive hospedado com minha família (com criança). O quarto é limpo e espaçoso e o staff super atencioso. A estadia foi fantástica. Excelente localização! Recomendo fortemente.

Pros:

Lo staff è di una gentilezza davvero eccezionale. La location è perfetta da raggiungere da stazione Termini e vicino il consolato americano. Un ristorante molto buono proprio sotto l’hotel, per il quale la reception ci ha dato anche un piccolo sconto. È la seconda volta che torniamo, sempre una buona esperienza.

Ottima la posizione, una laterale di via Veneto. Personale presente 24h su 24. Pavimento e bagno rinnovato di recente, spazio buono, avevo una singola. Finestra su interno silenzioso.

Cons:

Purtroppo nel bagno mancava il bidet. Televisore piccolo e lontano dal letto ma in realtà non l'ho utilizzato.
