Very clean and well designed apartments, staff friendly.
More milk would have been nice. I know it is only an initial amount I get started but those tiny pots go nowhere with mugs of hot drinks for 4.
Location is great, handy to shops and beach
We paid extra to upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite. On checking in we found the internet would not work in our suite. It would work in the hallway as we left our suite and anywhere else in the hotel. But NOT in our suite.
. I reported it to the front desk twice. Then I got a call from the tech department, and communication went on for a couple of days without any resolution. Then no communication at all on the final day of our stay. No one came to our suite to check it out.
The accommodation otherwise was excellent. Lack of attention/interest in our problem left us very unhappy with the way we were treated
The apartment was roomy, clean and well set out with great views over the ocean. The staff were an absolute standout in that they were so friendly and helpful even with the language differences, most spoke good English and worked things out when the translation didn’t work. Breakfast options were good, the location terrific, we had a great holiday.
Tea bags were not replaced which in the overall scheme of things is minor.
Recently renovated and good size apartments all rooms were a good size. Well located and easy to get around. Balcony was excellent as was the view. The staff were generally friendly.
Parts of the renovation not complete (range hood not connected, air conditioner in main bedroom flooded out water) and some kitchen facilities lacking. No refill on coffee pods. Inconsistent cleaning and refill of essentials. Pool gets zero sun, so quite cold.
Spacious rooms, good for a family. Useful location close to shops, restaurants, beaches. Free parking.
The unrenovated rooms are quite dated. Some poor design choices, like not having sinks in the toilets and very dim lighting.. Showers in older rooms very slippery and treacherous.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, and even though the room was only advertised as 'Garden View' we still had a view of the ocean which was a bonus. Three bedroom apartment was spacious. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants but far enough away from the noisier bars.
The gym in the hotel was in poor condition - some of the cardio equipment didn't work and the multi-gym machine was damaged and unsafe which was disappointing. At the time of our stay the block we were in was undergoing some refurbishment work which meant we were woken up early Monday to Saturday. Raised it with the hotel staff and were offered alternative rooms, but would have meant packing up and moving room twice so we just put up with it and went out if it got too bad. Would have been nice to have been made aware during the booking process. No compensation offered.

The building was undergoing renovations so there was noise during the day.
We also asked for a sofa bed but we were given no bedding until we asked. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We were celebrating a 30th and the staff were so amazing and supplied some petals on the bed as well as a treat and a card. Amazing!!
The Mexican restaurant in the complex is great - we ate there 3 times, plus the wee patisserie Delices a la promenade is also amazing as is t he Maninho cafe.
There was some construction going on, so some noise during the week.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris d'avoir été surclasser et petites attentions (macarons, pétales de fleurs...) à notre retour dans la chambre.
