Great location and close to amenities but renovations are messy and loud
Pros:

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Always had a smile and were helpful.

Great location on the beach and close to a supermarkets and bakeries.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing renovations which was not mentioned anywhere. If I knew I would not have chosen it as we were travelling with a toddler and the noise during the day from 7am onwards there was banging which disturbed her naps and made her irritable.

The garden view room we stayed in didn’t have great temperature control even with the air con. It was either too hot or too cold or too dry. The bathroom was quite dated as well and there were ants in the kitchen. You couldn’t leave a baguette on the counter and when we were about to boil some water the electricity went out.

We got moved to a higher level room to try escape the renovation noise but it was still present. The room in the main building was definitely more renovated and modern but the kitchen still had ants and within half an hour we had ants swarming our baguette.

Liked the room upgrade but facilities were disappointing

We weren’t told that it was under renovation and the bars, dining rooms were closed. We had to go to another location to have our pre-paid breakfasts

Comfortable stay with lovely ocean views

Nothing really wrong, but not that great either
Pros:

Mum, Dad, 2 adult sons and their partners for two stays of 2 nights each either side of cruising.

Whilst the room had been recently 'renovated' there were a number of frustrations:
- Noisy air con units
- Backlit mirrors in the ensuite that is very bright at night
- Curtains that don't open/close very well
That stuff alongside a delayed check-in because the room wasn't ready was a bit frustrating.

Good stuff was:
- Good location with restaurants etc nearby
- Great view out over the bay
- Good communal areas to relax in
- Kitchen that allowed breakfast and lunch dining when required

Pros:

Tout était bien rien à dire c’était trop trop bien.

Cons:

Alors mon mari n’a pas aimé le lit pour lui c’était trop mou alors que moi j’ai vraiment aimé la baignoire juste mettre un appui pour sortir.Ah oui et par rapport qualité prix de faire des prix pour les résidents de la Nouvelle-Calédonie surtout pour une nuit merci.

Great hotel, location and rooms
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The view from the room was incredible but so was the view while waiting for an elevator(building c). The staff were extremely friendly and even when we arrived before check in and were just wanting to leave our bags they offered us towels if we wanted to go for a swim while we waited. The staff were more than happy to call a taxi for us when needed and ensured a porta cot was set up for our son. The room was very large with all the needed amenities. The bathroom had a very large sized bathtub which was great. We had a full kitchen and washing machine that we didn’t utilise much however it was good to know we had the ability. We did stay while the hotel was doing renovations but that didn’t impact our stay all. The restaurant was closed but our included breakfast was provided at an another restaurant two minutes away.

The room was spacious, and the view was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable apartment in great location
Pros:

Great location. Could walk to everything - beach, boat ride, aquarium, Baie des Citrons and choice of many excellent cafes and restaurants

Pros:

Very clean and well designed apartments, staff friendly.

Cons:

More milk would have been nice. I know it is only an initial amount I get started but those tiny pots go nowhere with mugs of hot drinks for 4.
