Beautiful grounds, quiet room, breakfast with real food (it felt and tasted real), and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them after checkout while we took in the town. So helpful!

The room was nice, with a stunning garden, easy parking near the Warf, the Harbour and Cabrillo Boulevard. Good breakfast with a nice touch - complimentary afternoon wine and cheese.
Although the stay per total was nice, it was crowded and noisy during breakfast.

The room was beautiful, clean, and updated. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen unit at no cost which was amazing! I truly enjoyed the location and amenities. The garden was also such a beautiful area to relax after our day. Loved this place!
The breakfast options are not the greatest and could use an upgrade. We ended up going out for breakfast both days. This is a personal choice of mine but I did wish the tv was a tad bigger. It was pretty small for the room itself. But not a deal breaker at all.
We loved the breakfast and afternoon cheese and wine. The pool surrounded by plants was beautiful.
I was concerned about the staples on the ground where the carpet met the tile.

The property is very Santa Barbara Hispanic style, adorable patio, bed is very comfortable, and surprisingly for a more old building the bathroom and shower were quite spaceful. The high light for me were the bikes available to ride, Santa Barbara is very bike friendly and the hotel rent them for free (very good ones)
Breakfast is a bit outdated for such a vivid town, the hotel could bring a few local, farm to table options (which have a lot in the town, this can even help visitors to know the local brands and brings more visibility to the hotel)
The property beautifully reflects the Spanish style of Santa Barbara, with white adobe architecture, red tile roofs, an inlaid tile staircase, and wrought iron details throughout. Lush native gardens and Mediterranean charm give the whole property a boutique feel that's hard to find at this price point. It's the kind of courtyard you want to linger in with your morning coffee

Der Ort Santa Barbara.
Auf Grund der Qualität des Zimmers sind wir direkt wieder abgereist. Alles abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Eine Bretterwand direkt in unter einem Meter Entfernung vorm Fenster. Es roch muffig. Für den Preis haben wir eine komplett andere Qualität erwartet. Das Geld für die erste Nacht haben wir eingebüßt, die weitere Nacht wurden uns erstattet.

This hotel has changed a lot, so don’t rely on old reviews—they won’t give you an accurate picture. It’s a unique place: if you stay on the ground floor, you’ll enter your room directly from the street, and the pool is just a step away through the courtyard door. The courtyard is green and cozy, with a small pool and spa. Rooms are freshly renovated, with tiled floors instead of carpets, which keeps everything clean and fresh. The atmosphere is quiet, but breakfast is too simple — just coffee and some pastries. Free parking near your door.
