Pros:

Rooms were nicely renovated! I always enjoy the happy hour and this time they had a sangria as an option! 😋
Big shout out to Sam, he is always so nice and helpful!

Carina.
Pros:

Struttura carina in stile motel con piscina in mezzo. Posizione molto vicina a State Street (5 min a piedi). Piscina utilizzabile fino alle 21:00 (pulita). Dalle 16:30 offrono vino e formaggi e biscotti per bimbi. Idea molto carina. La struttura metta a disposizione anche le bici gratuitamente.

Cons:

Colazione scarsa. I dolci erano buoni. Il salato praticamente nullo. Sicuramente migliorabile. Personale un po freddo rispetto a tutte le calorose accoglienze ricevute durante il tour in California.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location
Pros:

Great breakfast with items not normally found in chain hotels. There was frittata, yogurt and a good selection of pastries. We appreciated daily room cleaning and the kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated, even though there are plenty of upgrades in the rooms.

Great location and staff
Pros:

nice breakfast, convenient location, friendly staff

Cons:

no private balcony, it's all connected at the back of the room which felt a little uncomfortable that people can walk right past your room. So you have to keep your curtains drawn the whole time over the sliding doors. I like to sit on hotel balconies so this was a bummer

Great place for a nice getaway in SB.
Pros:

Close to the Marina and my favorite restaurant Brophy’s . Really nice staff and good breakfast to start the day.
Rooms are comfortable and clean .
Pool is nice after a hot summer day cruising around town for a cool off before during happy hour with a glass of wine.

Cons:

Really enjoyed access to free bikes to ride around the beach and downtown .

Misleading photos
Pros:

The photos on booking.com

Cons:

Very misleading photos. The place was not fully photographed.
To the inn: Its not a fraud when you publish selected pictures only, but you can’t be surprised when we discover that our expectations (that you’ve set) are not met. On arrival we saw that this is actually a motel in disguise. Also did not notice the inn is located on a super busy junction. The main photo on booking.com is not what you’ll see when you arrive.
We had to immediately escape to a different place. Paid for the first night out of 3. Booking.com didn’t help. But we’d rather pay just not to stay at this property.

The property is close to the ocean, State street and the wharf and harbor.
Pros:

The coffee was nice and strong. They did have some protein options and fresh fruit.

Cons:

It’s nice to throw in a little variety from day to day but they had the same fruit, eggs, bread and oatmeal every day.

Good location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Location was convenient and the pool was small but nice. Breakfast and happy hour was included daily. Free parking and free DVDs and bikes available. Not super fancy but clean - would stay again.

Cons:

No private patio or balcony to relax on attached to the room. But you could sit by the pool or breakfast area.

Ci tornerei sicuramente!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La stanza era carina e abbastanza spaziosa, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere caffè e acqua a disposizione gratuitamente nella hall, così come l’happy hour incluso per gli ospiti. Un punto di forza sono sicuramente le biciclette gratuite, comodissime per spostarsi e visitare la zona senza dover utilizzare l’auto. Inoltre il parcheggio per l’auto è gratuito, e sono stati così gentili da farci lasciare la macchina e di utilizzare le biciclette anche dopo il check out.
La posizione è molto centrale e permette di raggiungere facilmente diverse attrazioni e punti di interesse.

Cons:

la colazione era un po’ carente e con una scelta piuttosto limitata. Inoltre, considerando il prezzo complessivo del soggiorno, il rapporto qualità-prezzo potrebbe essere migliore.

Location was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, I slept well per my Oura ring. I did miss breakfast but it’s ok. Overall I will be coming back!

Comfy nights sleep that’s centrally located!!
Pros:

The rooms were updated and beautiful. I loved having a kitchenette in the room!

Cons:

The exterior shows signs of being a bit older. No elevator. Fake grass. No view from the back window. But the interior of the room was fabulous!!
