Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for the places we wanted to visit.

Nice big room! Very comfortable. Full-service hotel with all the amenities you’d expect. We ate dinner in the restaurant both nights. Very good and excellent desserts. Breakfast buffet was very nice and added great value to the stay. Parking was plentiful. Beautiful property with a deck for eating outside. It was nice to see so many families staying there plus many older couples like us. Elevators are awesome - very fast!
breakfast was cold everybody leaving the cookers open
Asked for another coffee never came. This hotel is in great location. But feel it could do with a facelift its gone little bit shabby . Attended a wedding there 10 years ago and it was super but things are bit faded now.
It’s a modern hotel in a beautiful location. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
A swimming pool would have been brilliant.
Great location
Some dining staff grumpy and service very slow
It was located really close to Sneem and a lot of local sites of interest.
The double bed was two single beds pushed together with a double sheet over the top. The bar was outdated and uncomfortable and the staff were unhelpful.
One of my kids described this hotel as a bit like a nursing home. No atmosphere. Rooms extraordinarily hot and you can only open the windows a tiny bit and the air con was rubbish. Felt very claustrophobic. Breakfast was awful. We left halfway through and went elsewhere for decent coffee and food. For the price we had expected so much more. By far the worst ( and most expensive) hotel on our trip. Def would not recommend.
Location and view . Staff excellent. Work hard to provide good service!
Dinner was fair . No water in room . No entertainment at nite.
I can’t say enough about this hotel from the genuine lovely staff the food the location, absolutely excellent.
We stayed in the luxury balcony room and oh my god it was stunning, spotless clean and what a view. The breakfast was so nice, with lots to choose from the buffet and also you could ask if it wasn’t out. The two people who stood out and went above and beyond for us was Mary and Samantha at breakfast, every morning they were so nice and made us feel so welcome from sitting us at the window to asking if we needed anything else and so friendly with everyone. One of the nicest hotels we have come across in a long time
Can’t wait to stay again
Amazing view, very helpful and pleasant staff at breakfast.
I booked a mountain view room, very difficult to see, even from side of room. Net curtains were torn in room 104
