Außerhalb des Hotels wäre die Anlage von grund auf zu verschönern-so viele leerstehende räume (vielleicht ein paar geschäfte)und alles Kartons vollgestellt -schade-da Lieses sich sicher etwas daraus machen 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros:

We stayed in a very spacious and comfortable Junior Suite with a beautiful sea view. The private beach was excellent, with complimentary sun loungers and fresh towels provided every day. The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place for a truly relaxing holiday

Cons:

Although the breakfast offered a good variety of options, the quality of some of the products felt rather basic considering the price. We also missed having some background music during dinner, as it would have created a more pleasant atmosphere. The dinner service could be a bit more attentive. We had a disappointing experience on our first evening, although the staff handled the situation well and the service improved noticeably afterwards

Nicht empfehlenswert
Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend und wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Bereits beim Check-in fiel das unfreundliche Personal an der Rezeption auf. Auf der Website wird gross damit geworben, dass Deutsch gesprochen wird. Tatsächlich sprach jedoch niemand auch nur ein Wort Deutsch, was die Kommunikation unnötig erschwerte.

Wir hatten ein Apartment ohne Reinigungsservice gebucht. Dass in diesem Fall während des gesamten Aufenthalts auch die Badetücher nicht gewechselt oder gewaschen werden, wird nirgends klar kommuniziert. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns an der Rezeption versichert, dass ein Handtuchwechsel normalerweise kostenpflichtig sei, man aber eine Ausnahme mache, da wir davon nichts gewusst hätten. Umso grösser war der Schock bei der Abreise: Die Kosten wurden trotzdem verrechnet – insgesamt 40 Euro pro Person zusätzlich. Das empfinden wir als sehr unfair und irreführend.

Das Badezimmer ist zwar behindertengerecht ausgestattet, was grundsätzlich positiv ist. Für Gäste ohne Einschränkungen ist die Einrichtung jedoch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und wenig praktisch.

Auch das Frühstück konnte uns überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Das Buffet war viel zu klein, die Auswahl sehr begrenzt und der Kaffee kam lediglich aus einem Automaten. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Ebenfalls ein grosses Lob an die Strandbar und deren Mitarbeitende – dort waren alle freundlich, motiviert und der Service war ausgezeichnet.

Trotz dieser positiven Punkte überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich. Für uns war dies der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage mit Privatstrand.

Cons:

Da auch Hunde erlaubt sind, hatte es immer wieder Hundekot im Rasen bei den Liegestühlen und im Outdoorfitnesbereich.
