Pros:

Pleasant stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to the town centre, sea front and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the sea view from our room.

Cons:

Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. Decor of hotel rather tired and dated.
Fridge in room was not cold.

Great place for a party! Beautiful locale and amazing staff!
Pros:

We had a party on their outside deck to bring together family members from the US who were jn town for a wedding along with relatives who live in Rapallo. It was a magical location next to the Mediterranean and the beautiful historic Rapallo tower that sits in the sea. The Italian staff spoke English very well so it was way to communicate our needs. They were so attentive and caring and let us decorate it to celebrate the newlyweds. The place was affordable and food was amazing! The staff was very flexible when we needed more time and made sure we were well taken care of! The place was clean and very nice in an easy location to get to by train.The kids played in the beach below which kept them preoccupied! As always, parking isn’t the easiest in Italy especially when busy but we took a taxi and others took the train or bus. Love this place and will definitely consider staying here next time!

comfort, posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La posizione! E' lungomare a due passi dal centro con a fianco una piccola spiaggetta libera, la camera era enorme e vista mare nonostante non avessimo scelto la camera con vista, un bagno di una metratura considerevole, con tutti i comfort ed anche i kit di cortesia.
Staff gentilissimo, siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno e volevamo chiedere di lasciare gli zaini, ma la ragazza alla reception ha comunque fatto una verifica se la camera fosse pronta per provare a darcela in anticipo, nonostante non l'avessimo chiesto. In fase di prenotazione abbiamo chiesto una camera fumatori e il letto matrimoniale e ci è stato accordato, avevo il phon e mi mancava l'adattatore e sono stati prontamente prestati dalla reception. Sembrano banalità ma è il 4 albergo in cui transito quest'anno e sono stati i più accorti verso i clienti.
Mi ha ricordato gli alberghi autentici di una volta, quelli dove lo spazio non è risicato e calcolato al millimetro per farci stare piu camere possibili, quelli dove magari il bagno non è un simbolo di modernità ma almeno hai delle mensole dove appoggiare il beauty, quelli che non sono fighetti e di design ma i letti ed i cuscini sono comodi e le tende oscuranti non sono solo belle da vedere ma funzionano. Non vi aspettate camere chic e moderne, ma se cercate un albergo comodo centrale spazioso e vicino a tutto, con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo è stra-consigliato.

Purtroppo la posizione centrale è il golfo su cui si affaccia l’ hotel sì che si senta molto la musica dei locali intorno … quindi non ho potuto godere del balconcino e dello sciabordio del mare come avrei voluto.
