Fabulous hotel great location
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. We loved the old fashioned feel to it..we had a room with a terrace overlooking the little nearby beach. I went for a dip every morning, the hotel provided towels.
Great location and walkable to most of Rappallo. We got the local boat to Portofino and did the Cinque Terre the next day. A fabulous base. The 2 ladies on reception were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Great location and wonderful people, loved Rapallo
Pros:

Loved Rapallo township and the location of the hotel was amazing. Easy walk from the train station and right on the port for ferries and tours

Cons:

An older property and the room was a little dark and could easily be spruced up with some paint and decoration.

weekend in Rapallo
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in Rapallo, only a few minutes walk from train station and ferry pier, and beside many restaurants and bars. We had a triple room on 4th floor with balcony overlooking the bay and Rapallo castle - absolutely beautiful. We day tripped easily to both Portofino and the Cinque Terre from here, really convenient. I highly recommend Hotel Italia e Lido and we look forward to returning.

Hotel dalla posizione davvero invidiabile: vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria e adiacente al lungomare dove è possibile gustare la colazione ottima e molto ricca!

Pleasant stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to the town centre, sea front and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the sea view from our room.

Cons:

Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. Decor of hotel rather tired and dated.
Fridge in room was not cold.
