The hotel has 5 floors and there is no elevator. Staff will bring your luggage to your room.
Please note that the hotel has 2 buildings located at 6 and 10 Gloucester Place. On arrival, please check-in at Building No.6.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

事前にベットを2つ用意してもらい、よかったです。エジンバラは、ホテル料金が高いので、1泊7万は普通なのかもしれませんが。
朝食込みのプランは、準備されたもの以外にメニューにある数種類も注文できました。たっぷりで豪華な食事です。
夕食は、ホテルがすすめてくれたお店The Scran and Scallieは手頃な価格で、地元の家族連れが多く、美味しかったです。
最近は、歯ブラシはホテルに常備されていませんね。
フェイスタオルがなかった？あったのかもしれませんが、わからなかった。
盗難防止の枠がかかったシャンプーなど、壁にぴったりついて、つかいづらかった。持ってかえる客がいるんでしょうか。そう思われて宿泊するのは、良い気分ではない。
一流の宿泊者がいるところは一流のホテルをつくります。また、反対もあります。

Room was lovely and one of front of house was helpful
Other staff showed no empathy to an injury caused by shower handle not tightened and hitting and causing bruise to my partners foot. (The day before Edinburgh marathon as well) also it was a heatwave and no forward thinking to having a fan in the room until I asked for one and some ice for the foot. Also room was okay in cleanliness but could have been better

Obiekt wymaga renowacji, za taką cenę nie spodziewałam się pękniętych kafelek na podłodze oraz odprysków na wannie , bardzo zakurzone żaluzje , trudności w otwarciu okna które wynikało z tego że okna są bardzo stare i nie odmalowane, farba na oknach zdarta co utrudnia podnoszenie okien i wymaga siły 2 osób
Quality accommodation. Helpful staff. Needed to change room as too many stairs. All sorted. Cracker breakfast. Dinner not available on our arrival .

The location right in the middle of Stockbridge! View from my room on the 3rd floor. Very good breakfast. Staff very accomodating.

I found some of the staff very dismissive and others complete opposite lovely.
Room was lovely. Bed not very comfortable and the pillows like slabs very thin and not comfortable.
I informed them of the air conditioning noise in early hours of morning they didn't even acknowledge kept us awake.
We were allowed in to our room early. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.
The lamps on either side of the bed were a bit too dim for reading in bed.
Excellent service from making the reservation to checkout.
Every request was catered for as for as the room, arrival, checking, table in the restaurant, menu choices and concierge help were concerned.

L’hôtel est très mignon, l’emplacement était parfait et la literie très confortable.
