Health & Fitness Club: Access to the Health and Fitness Club operated by 1Life is free. However, the spa facilities, including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool, incur an additional charge for a 3-hour session. Booking is required in advance.
Fitness Club: Children may use the indoor pool only during designated family swim times.
Check-In: Upon arrival, please proceed to Drift Inn reception for self-check-in using the kiosks.
Breakfast: Served from 07:00 to 09:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
Group Bookings: We do not accept group bookings of more than 9 rooms.
Payments: Drift Inn does not accept third-party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival.
Café-Bar Closure: The Gravel Pit Café-Bar will close from 13:00 on December 31st for preparation of our New Year's Eve Gala, exclusive to package guests.
Payment Process Updates (Effective March 2025):
- Prepayment: For reservations with a balance due at check-in, please ensure payment is completed at least 72 hours before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payments can be made on arrival via chip and pin.
- Dining Payments: Meal allowances will no longer be accepted. Payments for meals can be made directly at the resort.
- Pay-As-You-Go System: We are replacing bedroom accounts with a pay-as-you-go system for food, drinks, and extras. Bill-back will only cover the booked rate.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Everything pleasant greeting by the staff ☺️ House Keeping staff was absolutely 💯 👌🏾 when I needed anything ie I requested a fan for my room within minutes I got my fan.

Lovely modern hotel, comfortable room, plenty of outside space overlooking the lake and golf course, great to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar.
Location and rooms were nice. TV needs a bit upgrading Smart TV etc.
Location and property were beautiful
Very nice breakfast in pretty location & not too far from the room. Very comfortable bed . Lovely shower . The head housekeeper was extremely good & very helpful. She went out of her way to help us.
The room was 1 million degree hot ( with 2 big fans going all night )
The room room was not cleaned after the 1st night , very disappointed about that .

The room was great - spacious and clean with a very comfy large bed. Lovely shower room. Wifi worked well. A fan was in the room which was thoughtful as it was warm, though opening the windows did the job for us. Very convenient location. Plenty of parking space. Very easy to check in and out. Nice to have tea and coffee in the room. Good communication with the hotel. The Crown Inn is a short walk and had a more adventurous menu (several different fish choices on offer) this particular night.
It's a shame the pool wasn't open on Sunday evening - it was hot and a swim would have been great. We didn't use the restaurant as my partner is pescatarian and there was little to suit on the Gravel Pit menu - it was out anniversary which called for something a bit more special than a burger or a pizza. Other restaurants on the site looked more promising but were not all open on a Sunday evening.
