Health & Fitness Club: Access to the Health and Fitness Club operated by 1Life is free. However, the spa facilities, including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool, incur an additional charge for a 3-hour session. Booking is required in advance.
Fitness Club: Children may use the indoor pool only during designated family swim times.
Check-In: Upon arrival, please proceed to Drift Inn reception for self-check-in using the kiosks.
Breakfast: Served from 07:00 to 09:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
Group Bookings: We do not accept group bookings of more than 9 rooms.
Payments: Drift Inn does not accept third-party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival.
Café-Bar Closure: The Gravel Pit Café-Bar will close from 13:00 on December 31st for preparation of our New Year's Eve Gala, exclusive to package guests.
Payment Process Updates (Effective March 2025):
- Prepayment: For reservations with a balance due at check-in, please ensure payment is completed at least 72 hours before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payments can be made on arrival via chip and pin.
- Dining Payments: Meal allowances will no longer be accepted. Payments for meals can be made directly at the resort.
- Pay-As-You-Go System: We are replacing bedroom accounts with a pay-as-you-go system for food, drinks, and extras. Bill-back will only cover the booked rate.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent choice of menu and hearty breakfast. Snacks and drinks available at the hydro spa is a bonus. Nice views and surroundings by the lake to relax and unwind. Walking around the lake and golf also an added bonus.
Rooms need AC in the hot summers. Cost for darts a bit high.
Excellent hotel. Clean, tidy and easy self check-in. Lovely touch having games to play. (Ps5, darts, shuffle board) me and my partner had a lovely night away
Would stay again but wont have breakfast next time
The only thing that we had a slight problem with was with breakfast choices.
My partner has celiac disease and the lady service only offered us gf toast. We paid for breakfast in our room price and only having toast as a option was disappointing
Room had springy uncomfortable beds. Just 2 teabags for us both. No A/C. Didn't try the spa or breakfast.
We tried to call and book a table in the restaurant but were cut off 4 times so we had to book via reception as we never received a call back.

Breakfast was decent and staff in the breakfast space were friendly and helpful. The facilities and parking are good and location worked well. The room was clean, well presented and a decent size.
The heating was stuck on for the whole building so rooms were unbearably hot which impacted our ability to sleep. When we arrived on the first night the room was 26c and although we left the fan on by the morning it was 30c. We reported the problem with the room’s heat to reception giving them the room number and asked if the could get someone to look at it. After breakfast coming back we noticed all the other rooms had all their windows open and walking back through the building realised the whole building was hot. The second night we opened all windows behind the blind and kept the fan on again which gave an average heat of 26.5c again making it difficult to sleep. As far as we could tell the heat problem was a known issue but nothing appeared to be happening to fix it.
A little disappointed they were not able to provide a requested breakfast off-menu item, but the breakfast I did have was excellent

The facilities were fine
Unfortunately I had a room booked during the heatwave and it was so hot in my room I couldn't actually stay in it so we left. The temperature was over 40 degrees in the room which was unbearable. The window barely opened and the small fan provided was not up to the job
