Great customer service
Pros:

Hotel is in a good location near to LEGOLAND and outlet mall, rooms were clean and breakfast had many choices. Customer service by Christopher and Jasmine was excellent, overall was a pleasant stay. Definitely this is my hotel when I’m in the San Diego area. Keep up the good job.

Good place to stay and close to local attractions
Pros:

Room and lobby area where clean and well presented. It is perfectly located with some great restaurants near by and LEGOLAND only 5 minutes away. Right across the street from the local small airport CLD.

Cons:

Part of what I didn't like was my own fault. I thought I had booked the Hilton right next door and got the two names messed up. I don't like rooms with only beds and no where else to lounge or relax in the evening. There was no outdoor space. So honestly I went over the other Hilton and hung out in their patio area. They also had hot water for tea. So did this Hilton but the water wasn't hot. There were also minimal supplies in the little snack area so I went to the other Hilton to get those too.
