Beautiful resort, great amenities, truly HORRIBLE front desk service, not once. It's what they do.
Pros:

If you want a beautiful getaway with the family, right near the beach, this resort is a must. HOWEVER, the front desk service is surprisingly bad for a resort this good.

Long waits, 25% competent staff, the rest varies, and some simply should not be employed in the customer service arena.

I needed something for our kitchen that was supposed to be included (baking pan). We didn't have one in our room, so I asked the front desk for one, and they said they would have one delivered. They delivered a toaster oven.

No worries, I went down, returned the toaster oven, and happened upon what seemed to be 4 'executives' and seeing my toaster oven asked me if something was wrong. I explained the situation and they laughed and assured me I'd have one delivered to my room immediately.

It was not, and when I returned hours later to inquire what was up, I was informed that they had none.

When I inquired why I was told that one would be delivered to my room (not once, but twice now), they simply apologized.

I've worked in the customer service arena my entire career. Setting false expectations is the absolute worst you can do. When you fail to deliver multiple times on requests, and then claim 'sorry'...that is TRULY the worst you can do in customer service.

To the people who want to come here...Please do. It's a great resort. Just know that you will not be able to believe anything the front desk tells you.

To the 'execs' that I met in the lobby...do better.

Pros:

5 Pablo Hoyos bell captain was great also Brooklyn at the bar made the week a lot of fun. Happy hours are the best 3 to 5. All the staff was welcoming.

2700 dolares me resulto caro para lo que te ofrecen.

el tamaño de los deptos y que te cambien las toallas todos los dias.

La limpieza un desastre. la atencion del personal no es irrespetuosa pero ni te saludan con caras de amargados todo el tiempo parece que les estas pidiendo un favor en vez de que es su trabajo. lentos pra responder requerimientos. se ponen a limpiar el restaurant cuando estas desayunando teniendo que levantar las piernas para que pase el trapo. lo puede hacer 15 min antes. se ponen a hablar entre ellos y si estas en el medio tenes que escuchar toda la conversacion a los gritos porque estan lejos entre ellos. no hay asistencia de bar en la playa, y las opciones de comida muy escuetas y pobres no hay variedad .

Excellent Service from P. Pablo Hoyos at Eagle Aruba Resort
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle Aruba Resort, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from bell captain P. Pablo Hoyos.
He was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with luggage, directions, and transportation.
His positive attitude and warm personality made us feel welcome from the first day.
Pablo went above and beyond to make our vacation smooth and enjoyable.
Thank you for the outstanding hospitality — we would gladly return again!

Excepcional, para volver 1000 veces!
Pros:

El complejo es excepcional, la atención del personal, la limpieza, la comodidad de los departamentos, todo impecable. Nos alojamos en planta baja, lo cual fue un punto extra sin dudas por la comodidad del acceso a las piletas y todos los amenities. Nos hicieron la atención de sumar una cama supletoria como cortesía.

Todo fue fantástico! No hubo un detalle que merezca mención para mejorar, impecable.

Eagle Beach no era lo que imaginaba .

Cons:

Para mi no era comodo ir a la playa . Me toco una habitacion en una punta en el 3 piso . Desde ahi veia el Super Food que se sice esta enfrente(no fui nunca) , llegar implicaba como 400 mts . Luego de q mis hijas regresaban c comida convenia mas irse a otra playa en auto q quedarse en esa amontonada la gente. Creo que Aruba ya no es lo que esperamos . Lo fue. Eagle para mi sobrevalorado . Impecable ,si!
Incomodo , tb ! Es mi vivencia.

Excelente ! Super recomendable con niños
Pros:

Me gustó la cercanía a una de las playas más lindas d la vista, Eagle Beach, y el complejo tenía 3 hermosas piletas y una de ellas con un tobogán gigante al agua, que mis hijas disfrutaron al máximo . Por último, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario, muy bien equipada!

Cons:

A nosotros nos tocó una en el segundo piso bastante alejada, teníamos que caminar bastante para llegar al estacionamiento o la pileta, el último día nos dieron de cortesia una habitación en planta baja y está fabuloso! No dejen de pedirla! Los accesos son súper!

Relación calidad precio me pareció muy alto con respecto a lo que brindaba
El desayuno que estaba prepago era a la carta y algunas variantes para los que pagaban allí sin el cupón eran más abundantes y de otra calidad
