very good hotel room, staff and location
Pros:

location is excellent close to Trocadero and Tour Eiffel, rooms are nice and clean and staff very responsive

Cons:

breakfast restaurant is under ground, similar to a cafeteria but buffet is good

il y a toujours une petite attention accompagnée d'un mot dans la chambre. Le personnel est toujours super disponible.
l'hôtel est propre. c'est parfait comme d'habitude. mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et ses oeufs brouillés.

La proximité du Trocadéro et la situation dans une calme à l’écart de l’agitation du quartier.
Les équipements de la chambre sont de qualité et la décoration soignée.

Cons:

La vue de la chambre qui donnait sur l’immeuble d’en face !…Loin de la vue sur la Tour Eiffel comme le laisse croire les photos !…Quel dommage !
La taille de la chambre est de plus juste pour le prix mais néanmoins bien agencée.

Perfect location, very clean room and bathroom, and an actually working AC!
Pros:

First of all, the location gets a 10/10. You’re a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-Elysées area.
The room and the bathroom were very clean, and the AC in the room actually worked and was cold!

Cons:

The bed mattresses were a bit overused and are in need of upgrades. There is only one elevator at the property and it could take long sometimes to arrive.
