Garden, pool, big room and intersting waterfall shower feature, secluded location but still good proximity to everything

Absolutamente Gorgeous!
Pros:

This hotel’s location is amazing. We were able to see the volcano on the first day it was magnificent.
The pool area and the pool bar are beautiful, breakfast was delicious and fresh. Our villa was spectacular it was specious, clean, and it looked just like the pictures. Our Villa’s little pool and garden were breathtaking. We will definitely comeback. ♥️♥️

Cons:

The hot water in our villa was really really hot to the point that it hurt to shower in it. We spoke to the maintenance guy and he immediately tried fixing for us and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was broken and couldn’t use it.

Pros:

Me gusto como el hotel se siente inmerso en el bosque tropical. La mayoria del personal es muy amable. La chica de recepcion excelente, una atencion y amabilidad insuperable.

Cons:

La piscina es pequeña y no es termal, como se espera en los hoteles de la zona. El caballero del checkout no fue para nada amable, parecia estar enojado durante el checkout. Los colchones (camas) no son lo que se espera para un hotel.

Heel erg fijn hotel, ik zou het zeker nog een keer boeken of aanraden.
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht op de vulkaan. Kamers zijn enorm ruim met eigen zwembadje voor de deur. Heerlijk warm. Zeer lief personeel. Stonden non stop voor ons klaar.

Cons:

Helaas hadden wij veel regen, waar niemand iets aan kan doen. We vonden de receptie en restaurant wat gedateerd overkomen. Ontbijt goed maar wel beter gehad in andere hotels.
