The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay exceptional.
The beds are hard and the elevators kept taking us to the laundry room when you would press first floor. The ice maker was out on our floor. The hotel itself was extremely warm making it uncomfortable to dine or sit in the lobby area to eat or relax.

Very clean and friendly. Loved the fact they have a restaurant available on the premises.
Dirty and unkept hotel room. Never cleaned even when requested. Found used cotton swabs on floor, mold in bathroom floor. Was supposed to be there 4 days. Left on day 3 instead of continuing to stay in filth.

Plumbing is LOUD in room 402. Jumped flushing the toilet, my body wash bottle was empty and housekeeping didn’t show up once (I did not have a sign outside my door) so I’m not sure why they sipped me.

The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were friendly and helpful, but this location is in need of an update.
Our room’s shower door was very difficult to slide and the large window shade did not operate correctly. The room had only one rolling desk chair for seating.
