Our room was not clean
A- very dusty room surfaces were not wiped .
B- Pillows stained and also missing a pillow case.
C- Stained bottom sheet.
D- Stained towels
Free parking, harbour view, great location.
Someone’s Hair in bed & hair in bathroom so pretty gross really.

Could have been cleaners in bathroom was noisy at times.
Shower pressure was too hard.
The room wasn't huge, and it faced the road - but I was only there for one night. The heater worked a treat and meant I could dry an item of clothing I got dirty in front of it. Everything else there that I needed.
The road noise was quite noticeable and it was a Sunday night - but I am a light sleeper - so others might not be bothered. I reckon if you can upgrade to the pool side view and less noise.
Clean , close to town / ferry easy for a late check in.

No lift to room,staff not keen to help carry bags up the stairs..
The room was nice and cozy beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome
Needs a microwave
It was only for an evening as we arrived late and left early to catch the ferry but the room was spacious as were the beds. We ended up with queen beds each and that was a real treat. The receptionist was lovely. Only bad thing was we only got to enjoy it for a few hours.
Centrally located, stones throw from pubs, restaurants etc.
The Suite although comfortable, wasn't overly clean, outside the windows was McDonald's rubbish, sliding doors hadn't been cleaned for a while.
At night a security light comes on from the building nextdoor, Edit has tried to fix this by adding extra curtains to no avail.
As a trucker who can sleep anywhere, I had trouble sleeping once that light came on as it brightens the room terribly.
