Great location
Quiet space inside the hotel
Housekeeping ladies are very friendly

Cons:

Reception answering calls takes longer than usual
One of the reception ladies is quite rude..light in complexion one.
My toilet was not flushing, instead of moving me to another available room, I had to leave the plumber in my room for hours. I was uncomfortable with this - ended up failing to fix it

Rooms were nice but overall experience was traumatising !
Cons:

I had to wake my sleeping kids and move rooms at midnight because of a termite infestation. We had the termites crawling all over us, on the beds, curtains, cupboards! Everywhere!!!! Every room in that apartment had the insects all over. Management had no sense of urgency and I had to call multiple times to find out what was happening. I was then brushed off by the manager insisting they do pest control and says they are flying ants & that this never happened before, yet the nightshift manager the night before said that this sometimes happens. I sent multiple emails asking them to respond and they didn’t, I feel the way they handled the situation could have been alittle bit more professional!

Clean room & shower. Peaceful at night. Convenience of the mall clear highlight.

Cons:

The front desk staff unfriendly (male), disengaging and not fit for meeting customers. The breakfast menu looked sparse, more variety and fresher content (bread) would help.
