Pros:

The proximity to gateway mall. Senior staff try but execution of staff is poor.

Cons:

The property is very old and run down. House keeping budgets with the number of towels provided, as if we were going to steal them.

I wouldn’t suggest people to stay as the staff were not the most helpful people.

Good stay
Pros:

Great location and access to Gateway Mall and good restaurants. The room is spacious and clean and neat.

Cons:

The beds are very firm and wasn't comfortable. The pillows could also be a bit more luxurious and softer.
