Pros:

El Staff en général El restaurante y el desayuno aunque aún se puede mejorar la calidad

Cons:

No me gustó encontrar un pájaro muerto en la ventana (adjunto la foto)
cuando llegamos y que en la habitación había una minipuerta en la pared qué daba a otra habitación me pareció extraño no sé si lo hacen como salida de emergencia o que pero la verdad me pareció extraño

We especially liked that it was close to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints temple and the airport!

Cons:

The downstairs sitting area/kitchen area of our room would be even better with a sink by the refrigerator.

Not worth the price, despite the nice pool
Pros:

Convenient located near the airport, easy for a one night stay. The beds are confortable and having a swimming pool is a bonus to relax before flying.

Cons:

Overpriced. The breakfast was below basic, by far the worst we had in Costa Rica. Staff at breakfast couldn't care less about the guests, not even greeting The facilities are a bit runned down which is a shame.

Cons:

It is very close to the highway and hotel is not sound proof at all. Also the cleanness could be better since the bathroom was not cleaned well on arrival.

Nice accomdations, lacking in customer care.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, I had a really nice balcony. The gym and the pool were also a nice perk.

Cons:

When I checked in, the woman at the desk was pleasant. I asked her about the airport shuttle service and breakfast. I had to leave on an early flight so she asked if I wanted a boxed to go breakfast. I sad Yes! The next morning when I came down to the desk, there was a gentleman there and I asked if I could have my breakfast. He asked what room I was in and informed me there was no breakfast mentioned. I asked if he could fo anything about it and he said No. I grew up in the hotel industry and if this was me or my family’s hotel, we would have done anything to accommodate a guest. There was no effort at all. This was disappointing. Additionally, The room was great but there was a lot of hair in the shower.

Pros:

Excellent air conditioning and lots of room in every room we have stayed in at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the swimming pool is large enough it will never feel crowded. There are lots of excellent dining options within walking distance and a small grocery store.

Cons:

The internet is not private.

La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto con transportación gratis y al salir de madrugada nos dieron el desayuno para llevar.. Habitacion con balcón..

Cons:

No tuve ninguna situación, solo que la ducha es pequeña y el inodoro esta pegado a la ducha.

Te doen voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

De ligging. Transport van en naar het vliegveld. Makkelijk naar het centrum met openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Maar 1 stoel op de kamer voor 2. Kamer redelijk gedateerd.

Reservé una habitación para 3 personas Decía dos camas dobles y estaba bien si hubiese sido en un solo piso pero las camas estaban en alto y había que subir y bajar unas escaleras poco seguras para señoras de 75 años que me acompañaban como recomendación debería aparecer esa info cuando uno reserva

Great friendly staff- Location/food is great! Loft rooms great for families @ reasonable price!
Pros:

We went to the restaurant right at closing 9:30pm and were so worried we couldn't be served as we were starving. Steven and a lady were SO kind and nice and treated us like royalty. The food was also excellent. They went above and beyond! Please tell Steven Maddy thanks him! Also we needed extra rollaway beds and were so quick to get us one.

Cons:

The loft rooms had plenty of room to spread out but wished there were two bathrooms and there was no door in the downstairs room so no privacy.
