Charming boutique hotel with professional and friendly staff.
Pros:

The entire staff were warm and welcoming making it very comfortable for a solo traveller. I had dinner at the restaurant with friends and the food was fabulous!

A beautiful and elegant hotel with spacious suites, excellent service, and a perfect location — highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, elegant interiors, and very spacious suites. Our suite was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location is excellent — very close to luxury shopping while also within easy reach of Zurich’s Old Town. The area felt very safe and secure. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and we truly appreciated their hospitality, including the lovely fruit platter they kindly offered us. Overall, the hotel combines elegance, comfort, space, and an excellent location.

Cons:

Excellent location, elegant hotel and furnishings, wonderful staff, exceptional cleanliness and hospitality, and most importantly, a spacious suite with a lovely balcony and excellent air conditioning.

The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of character. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient for exploring Zurich. The building itself is impressive and gives the hotel a special atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

For a hotel in this category and price range, we expected a little more attention to detail and a more refined overall experience. Some aspects felt slightly dated and the stay didn’t quite reach the luxury level we had expected.
