Friendly people , breakfast, location
We did not tell them, because we did not anyone coming into our room. But there were little ants all over the vanity. And we someone ran water above us it would have small amount of water between toliet and bath tub corner.
Breakfast was great
The rooms really need to be inspected before they are rented to guests. When we first entered our assigned room, it felt noticeably warm. I turned the thermostat to the coldest setting, but by 3:00 a.m. everyone in the room was sweating, and the air felt warm and humid.
I went to the front desk to report the issue and asked that the air conditioner be checked. I told the female employee we were leaving for the day and if we needed to change rooms to please let me know.While we were out exploring the area that day, the front desk attempted to contact us by calling only the room phone. No one tried calling the cell phone number that was on file, even though we were obviously not in the room. When we returned later that day, we were informed that our room’s air conditioner was not functioning properly and that we would be moved to another room.
The second room was an improvement, but it still stayed warmer than expected. I had to set the thermostat to 60°F just to keep the room comfortable, particularly toward the back of the room. For comparison, I normally keep my home’s thermostat at 72°F, so I’m not someone who typically prefers extremely cold temperatures.
I appreciate that the staff ultimately moved us to another room, but I believe this situation could have been avoided if the room had been inspected before it was assigned to guests.
Location was great, near all of my favorite places.
Access to the parking lot was difficult at times. The Ice machine was on ground floor so it was inconvenient.
The pictures on line are definitely deceiving. Just driving up to the property and viewing the exterior of this location was enough for me. A quick decision was made to cancel our 2 night reservation and take that one night hit financially.
The lady that works day shift was awesome the location was great hard to park anywhere near your room
Parking beds were hard nasty floors feet would stick to it had to be switched to another room cause the ac didn't work

The people we nice , helpful accommodating in things we needed well kept place ! The lady Kimberly was nice , friendly her breakfast was great!
The guy that did breakfast two of the days we were there didn't get his name not very friendly came out & took the container of food out to fill up while people were trying to get food out not very professional I work in the food industry so I know what is right & what's wrong !
