Perfect location, great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location on Presqu’île, walking distance to main sites in the city. Many restaurant and bar options close by. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom.

Great location and spacious room
Pros:

Quaint boutique hotel close to bouchons, metro station and walking distance to Old City. Drinking water and coffee provided at ground floor which we can take it to room. Staffs were helpful. The room was spacious.

Pros:

The location is perfect—right in the city center; I didn't need to use public transport as everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and upon check-out, they gave me a brioche as a gift—a special thank you for that! 🥰 I’d happily stay here again, though next time I’ll choose a larger room.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't cool very well.

The management and facilities are poor. Great location though

i liked the location and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

there WAS not a single fridge in the whole hotel, no bottles of water in rooms and no kettle!! The day before check-out I came downstairs to ask for a late check out (1 hour later). The receptionist said it’s fine we can do that. The next day the staff were aggressively asking us to leave on the average check out time and blaming us on not mentioning that. They contacted the guy who was there the day before he said that he DID NOT allow us to leave a bit later. They started pushing everything to us and made us pay the extra charge fee. The administration blamed me for “misunderstanding”. Very poor management!!!
