The bath towels are a bit small. Silly complaint but I can’t think of anything else 🙂

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, one thing we were disappointed with was that there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. Since there was no drinking water available other than the bathroom sink, it would have been appreciated if the hotel had provided at least two small bottles of water per day for guests. This small gesture would make the stay much more comfortable.

La habitación de dos camas Queen era amplia y cómoda para 4 personas. El hotel está cerca de una carretera que te lleva al centro en pocos minutos en coche. Aparcamiento gratuito.
No tiene limpieza de habitaciones durante el tiempo que te alojas. Las almohadas eran muy blandas y la cama se hundía un poco.

J'ai réservé une chambre supérieure et lorsque j'ai manifesté mon mécontentement, le Monsieur à l'accueil m'a répondu que c'est le mobilier qui est plus de qualité que dans une chambre standard. Je vais souvent à cet hôtel et je n'ai jamais eu une chambre comme ça. Pour la première fois, j'ai été très déçue de ma chambre...
I like that it was accessible for wheelchair.
Nice, clean hotel, a bit outside the city ceter. It is also a good location when you plan to visit the falls.

J'avais fait une réservation sur bookings et quand je suis arrivée à l'hôtel, on m'a dit que je n'avais pas de réservation. J'avais pourtant mon numéro de réservation. Comme il n'y avait plus de chambres libres, nous avons dû trouver ailleurs. Les employés de la réception n'avaient aucune intention de nous aider.
