The receptionist was very helpful. My wife uses a walker and she completely understood what was needed to resolve an issue around an accessible room. I didn't take her name but she is a real asset to the hotel
The mattress was quite soft and I have a bad back. It didn't help me get a good nights sleep. Apart from that the room was fine. The rest of the hotel was what we expected.
Opted out of breakfast, but had dinner in the gaming taven

A bit warm in the room but there was a heatwave.
The staff were lovely. The location was great and having the free carpark was great too. The pub side was great for people who like playing games. Never seen anything like it before and it was very busy. We didn’t eat breakfast but the room looked really nice.

Love staying here good value and the restaurant is good value for money and really nice food beds are comfortable nice cosy hotel despite being in middle of town its not noisy ideal for us when we want to go to places near by or a night at the anvil theatre
