Pros:

Location was great in the centre of the City

Cons:

The bathroom shower was not working , the water pressure was too strong but the shower head wasn’t clean or something that the water came out very strong

Beautiful Cuenca hotel in Old Town
Pros:

The room was beautiful, the location fantastic to all there is to see in the old town, the staff was wonderful. Lobby has a lot of charm.

Cons:

Our room, the one with 3 beds and a loft, was on the street side. The traffic noise did not subside until late at night, so no way to have window open. Also, the crosswalk signal was beeping the entire time, since it had a walk for one direction all the time. Very annoying if you have good hearing and are bothered by those kinds of noises. It really drove me crazy when it got quieter at night!

Ein charmantes Hotel mitten in der historischen Altstadt mir dem Flair eines alten Grand Hotels und andalusischen Herrenhauses mit großem Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und zu einem winzigen Innenhof zudem man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte; das Badezimmer ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We loved it. Easy access to everything around.
Pros:

Very quaint, beautiful hotel. Everything was in order, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Having to climb up the stairs but I know it’s due to the type of building it is.

Santa Lucía en el corazón de Cuenca
Pros:

La ubicación privilegiada, en el centro, puedes ir caminando a los lugares más importantes de Cuenca. El hotel es muy bonito y bien conservado.

Cons:

A la habitación le falta una butaca o lugar para poder sentarte y leer. Las almohadas un poco duras.

las habitaciones y el hotel en general está muy mal insonorizado, a cualquier hora uno desde la habitación escucha las conversaciones y el ruido del teléfono y/o impresora del desk del check in que se encuentra situado en el patio central del edificio
