Hotel acogedor y estratégicamente ubicado para conocer la ciudad de Cuenca.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico; el desayuno tiene variedad. Todas las instalaciones evidencian limpieza y orden. El personal es sumamente amable.

Cons:

Lo único es en cuanto a la habitación: el baño es pequeño y la tv no está bien ubicada en el dormitorio.

Pase bien, buen parqueo pero la comodidad d la habitación es terrible en relación a lo q pagué

La ubicación y es el único hotel en el centro q tiene el parqueo ahí mismo en el hotel

Cons:

La habitación es muy fea, el TV tendrá mínimo 15 años, no tienen smartv, no tienen aire, las cortinas se ven viejas y sucias, la ducha d mi baño tenía fallas y el agua salía a veces desde arriba y a veces desde la manguera

Gute Lage, sehr zentral, schönes und großes Zimmer im 4. Stock.

Cons:

Frühstück etwas eintönig, Auswahl nicht besonders reichhaltig für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Amabilidad del personal y buena ubicación, con el parqueo a pesar de ser pequeño manejan muy bien el tema de los espacios y ellos se encargan de estacionarlo o de reubicarlo de ser necesario.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, but wear earplugs to sleep.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and it was clean. The location in relation to the downtown area was great. The breakfast is very great! Lots of selection (I loved the eggs, yogurt, and fruit and my husband loved the selection of meats).

Cons:

The rooms are very small and it can be very noisy, especially at night and all day with the tram that goes by on the street outside (starting around 5am). The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the height of the bathtub is very high so it was hazardous getting in and out.
