It wasnt clean my guests changed the room first room was dirty they were very dissepointed

we like the hotel and we stay there when we go to grimsby ,we can see the work you have done and it shows but it could be a bit better
the room was clean and tidy and painted it looks better ,untill we went into the bathroom an found mould on the corner of the bath

we ate in the hotel, as i asked if they had changed the chefs they said they have changed a few times ,so we thought we would try it ,what a misstake i ordered a chicken tikka ,rice and naan bread,what came out wasnt chicken tikka it was curried chicken with rice and the naan bread was heated and no colour to it it was flopping around like a dead mans willy
and i asked for mango chutney we dont do it i was told

Dirty cups and carpet. Too hot room, window is not opening. More than 10 minutes waiting with running tap for warm water in shower.
Shower pressure not great. Two very long black hairs on the bathroom floor.. Decor run down. £50 deposit became £150 deposit and no one told us... still a mystery. Could hear everything going on in corridor. Do insist on a quiet room. We requested this at booking sue to a previous experiebce and completely ignored.

The bed was too soft for me as I like a very firm mattress so didn’t sleep the best but everything else was perfect and the staff was very helpful so just the mattress was my only bed point but I guess that’s down to personal preference
