The staff was very respectful
Nothing
Everything was good in hotel
Room215 noisy shouting and swearing out of window from from5pm until 4am when they were reported to night staff otherwise everything was excellent
Is very hot
Everything just very hot
Staff were friendly
The rooms are outdated it needs upgrading
The breakfast in the morning was very nice
The windows in the room only open a couple of inches and you are supplied with a small fan which was very insufficient in last weeks heat. Although the church opposite offers a beautiful view, I do not like the fact they were ringing the bells until around 10 pm. The bathroom had a very funny smell and parts of the bath were stained.
Also, the amount of drunk loud and abusive people hanging around is ridiculous. I could hear them despite having the TV on. I definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Everything about it
Good value for money
Great hotel. Central. Clean.great food. Lovely staff.
No air con in this heat wave it was unbarable. Had a fan in room didnt touch the heat.
The place was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
The rooms had a fan but could have done with air conditioning
Not very much unfortunately this was a hotel I frequently stay at and know very well
The booking I made with the app wasn't correctly identified on arrival at the hotel I didn't receive a breakfast though it was part of the package as I wouldn't have considered £85.5 for a room only at this property
The staff did find a room but it was a twin room not double and the room was very hot and a fan didn't ease the situation especially when heating appeared to be working
The fact I took a dog meant I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen for example an indicator hung outside your room allowing anyone in the floor to criticize the room for noise, a list of rules that you have to abide by all centering around fines or being thrown out should a pet be deemed disruptive to a guest dogs must not be alone in the room meaning you cannot eat in the restaurant and have to eat in your room
I could go on these rules have been generated since my last visit
From walking in it looked great so I was looking forward to viewing my room.
The property was great. The room was a dump. Massive holes in the carpet window was lost to put in in the 1400s shower and bathroom needed all new grout.
It was lovely for the price. We paid £30 per person, the rooms was average but fine and comfortable, the bathroom seemed a little dirty but maybe because it’s a bit out dated.
The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was very good for the price too!
The car park was full often and we had to park where there wasn’t actual spaces.
