The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth

Had a great stay as usual. Really wanted to give shout outs to Willow, Yeri, Brian, Tanner, Cindy, Tim and Arun. They all showed incredible customer service and I very much appreciate that.

Had an incredible time staying in mammoth. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent. Willow made us feel so welcome and gave us tips on where the best places to go are and what is most worth doing during our stay. This was my first time in California and she knew exactly how to make it a memorable trip. Aside from the natural beauty of Mammoth lakes, the kind and helpful staff made this experience one worth writing about. Anytime we needed something willow, Yeri, Brian, and Arun made sure we were taken care of and felt at home in the resort.

I stayed In mammoth and had a wonderful trip here. Willow specifically was amazing. Yeri, Brian, Arun were also very attentive and helped to make the experience once in a lifetime. I highly recommend this resort and am grateful for the experience I had with my friends here. Thank you!! Hope to be back soon.

The Westin Monache Resort is a very luxurious resort! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant inside with delicious food. Arun was very friendly and hospitable! He would always welcome me with a complimentary glass of wine! I hope to stay here again!

We recently hosted our summer retreat at the Westin, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Rachel, who supported our business event, was exceptional. She anticipated our needs, accommodated every request, and made the entire planning and event experience seamless.

Our hotel stay was equally outstanding. From the front desk to the valet team, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and treated us like family. The resort is centrally located, making it easy to walk to and enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer, but what truly sets this property apart is its incredible staff.

This hotel was great. Rooms were clean and nice. Employees Yeri Aren Brian were very kind and welcoming with big smiles. Willow helped us plan a great gondola day picnic. A gentleman tanner? Gave great fish recommendations. Overall joyful vacation at Westin in mammoth lake.

On my most recent trip to Mammoth, I stayed at the Westin. It was the best decision! The room was clean and well appointed, the layout made sense, and the staff was excellent. The phone never rang more than once before someone picked up, and everyone was willing to help from check-in to check-out. The environment and atmosphere of the hotel was warm, inviting, and felt like a home away from home. You can tell each and every employee really loves their job. I will be staying here every I am in Mammoth.

Today was my last day at The Westin Monache, and I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team, but specially to Alejandro and Geraldine. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay a great one.

It’s the little things that made the difference, and you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Mammoth. Keep up the amazing work!

The Westin Monache Resort was an midpoint overnight stop on the way home after a weekend of tent camping and off roading. We were excited to return to running water, indoor plumbing, and an actual bed!
Our checkin was seamless and the staff immediate recognized our Marriott Titanium Elite status. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient! We chose to self park and the garage was easy to navigate, parking was in a secure underground garage and we had no trouble finding parking.
Our room was clean and smelled good. The shower had great water pressure. We ordered in-room dining and the menu had great choices. Food was delivered quickly by friendly staff. I had the club sandwich which came with a generous side of fries. My husband opted for onion rings with his and that portion did not disappoint!
The best part about a Westin is the bed! We had a great night’s sleep. Our room overlooked the pool but it was still quiet even with a bunch of kids using the pool when I looked… so A+ for the soundproofing! We always choose a Westin property when traveling and this one was exactly what we expected.

Incredible staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We had an absolutely great time.
