Amazing!
Pros:

So much grander than we expected! Loved the size of the grounds and the buildings, and the view out the window of our room.

Cons:

The lifts weren’t working so we had to take our luggage up the stairs.

Wonderful family break

Paying for the name. Cheaper hotels and better locations but the selling point is the pool.
Pros:

It was clean and breakfast is good, the price is mitigated by the use of the pool, everything else is the same as any family hotel. If you don't use the facilities I would feel it was very over priced.

Cons:

The endles wedding change overs meant reception was regularly ridiculously busy, there was mess in the grounds from functions meaning we were unable to use some lawns and the family rooms are miles away in the new building, no staff support for luggage and no room service.

Pros:

The lady on reception was so wonderful and friendly. Our room was wonderful in the main house, extremely clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous so much choice and plenty of space to sit. They even arranged early breakfast in a bag for my daughter who had an early flight before breakfast started. The grounds are breathtaking and kept so neat. Free parking (rare these days) Perfect location for the Windsor castle and Thames. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Terrible place. Completely false advertising on the booking.com website

Location to Windsor Castle

Cons:

It was a dump and our room smelled of bleach when we arrived. The carpet was old and gross. There was nothing about this place that gave you an “Estate” vibe. We order a breakfast to go for our departure date because we had an early morning flight. When we arrived at the front desk in the morning it was not ready and they were unaware of the request. There was beer spilled on the counter from the night before.

A huge beautiful place that you expect to be quite magnificent when you first arrive but ended up just being decent at b

The property is stunning in huge grounds which was useful as we had our dog with us

Cons:

Just a couple of niggles were a couple of staff members that I passed in the building chose to look at the floor and avoid eye contact which just felt odd, not a massive issue but just strange. Secondly was the bathroom/wetroom, after using the shower the entire floor was drenched for ages afterwards as it didn’t drain away properly so we had to use the towels to dry the floor to make it safe to walk in. Also coffee at breakfast was from a machine which is a bugbear of mine. A personal preference and obviously many won’t mind but not for me

Pros:

Impressive grounds and frontage.
Breakfast was well organised considering how many people were there.

Cons:

On arrival, bathroom sink blocked. Tried several times to inform reception but a passing member of staff was eventually informed who asked if access could be gained.
No one came!
Reported in person to reception whilst checking out.
We have had a better response in Premier inns.

Would not recommend. No ac, bugs in the bathroom.
Pros:

Grounds and main house. Water stations and plenty of parking.

Cons:

No A/C, windows only opened 3 inches so it was beyond hot in the bedroom. So uncomfortable. Small fans provided that just circulated the hot air.
Unless your room is in the main building you will be in an old dorm room in what looks like a 60s assisted living building.
The bathroom was full of silverfish bugs. Paint peeling.
Elevator in the building was broken.
One photo shows how Housekeeping had made up the room when I came back at the end of the day.
Would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Location, architecture, the grounds

Cons:

Lift wasn't working which was a real problem for my wife who has lung conditions that made it difficult. Breakfast could have been hotter. Awful smell in the room on arrival which was coming from the drain in the shower. Only after having a shower then smelly subsided.
