An excellent base for exploring Windsor, or just for an overnight stop
Pros:

Very comfortable, well-appointed room with excellent bathroom. Meals are buffet-style, so you can fill your plate!

Cons:

The mainly young staff do not have great people skills...

Unpleasant staff and overall poor service
Pros:

Nice location and surroundings.

Cons:

Its a nice estate but the modern part is not the greatest. It is very large and there were lifts which were not working. Staff were very unpleasant and they didn't even help us with heavy luggages (even though they were men). Rooms were very basic.
