Value for money but a busy hotel.
Pros:

Space - - the grounds were big. Location good. Facilities ok. Room functional.

Cons:

Rooms can be far from facilities. Very noisy with the planes from Heathrow. Lots of kids due to vicinity to lot of attractions. Tennis court in bad state.

Magical and full of never ending fun for our children.
Pros:

The grounds, the room, the food.

Cons:

No electric charger facility apart from two that were constantly being used.

Pros:

Rooms were ok, breakfast very good

Cons:

rooms were very hot - no air con is no longer acceptable for hotels and was very surprising as didn't think to check, especially in the super hot summer we have had!

Very disappointed
Pros:

The hotel was positioned close to Hampton Court and parking available on site.

Cons:

Hotel is huge which was not expected and staff appeared to be struggling with managing a very large wedding alongside regular guests. Breakfast was disappointing; food was good but only two working coffee machines for over 300 people resulted in long, unhappy gueues and frustrated staff. Our shower did not work and despite reporting this have received no comment from the hotel or reply to our messages. Overall very disappointed as we had expected so much more.

Rooms were hot and we had a fan which helped. A hairdryer in the room would have been nice.

Pros:

we loved every single part of our stay. the location is absolutely spectacular, the staff from house keeping to reception, to pizza chef etc were absolutely amazing 👏.
very friendly and warming.
