Pros:

The room is very big. it is located in the central part of Bangkok, easy to get to BTS and MRT.

Cons:

The room smell a bit damp, the ac is quite old and loud, it needs sometime to be adjusted to the right temperature

Good location and base for exploring the city, good breakfast and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel was well located to local amenities and good value for money. Comfortable room overall! If you want to visit the main sites however, you do need to take a Grab or public transport (but Bangkok is just huge!). Breakfast was nice with a good selection of things to choose from. Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a big smile!

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was out of service whilst we were there and so we couldn’t use it. We were given the option to go to another hotel for this but the heat made this tricky to walk to and was much less convenient. The towels provided in the room were not always clean and so we had to swap for other ones. The room and hotel were clean but could do with an update, particularly the bathroom.

Good neighborhood
Pros:

The pool and gym made the property

Cons:

Had a huge room with kitchen but it was devoid of any warmth, character or even cutlery or a plate to use. Had to keep switching between between two key cards as the lift used a separate card.

Not very comfortable as the room was not very clean or well cared.
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close from BTS station

Cons:

The room was not very clean, looked outdated.
The bath was with mould and it would leak water everywhere, the bathroom floor was flooded after the shower was used. We moved to another room with shower which worked but was same standard as the previous room.

Planning my 4th stay here hehe
Pros:

This was my 3rd time staying here and Ioved it! This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok and already planning for another trip and stay here. I appreciate the room upgrade and the staff are super welcoming. From check in to check out, everything was smooth.

Silom nightlife and Patpong night market - walkable from the hotel. Many restaurants and cafes around. The hotel is close to the main road to nightlife but still quiet at night. Such a good balance. Bolt and Grab can easily find this hotel so it's super convenient. 7E is just 6-7mins walk.

Daily room cleaning and laundry available. Room has a fridge and daily coffee sachets given. The breakfast was good but even if you decide not to take the hotel breakfast, you can explore the cafes nearby.

Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you
