Pros:

駅から近く便利なところでした。

Cons:

チェックインの際、スタッフが気づいてくれなかった。また、館内説明は雑だったのに、質問に対して答えてくれたスタッフが、何度も同じことをいわせるなというような高圧的態度だった。

Pros:

The hotel is in front of side side entrance of Shin-Yamaguchi station, meaning you do have to walk a bit to get to the tracks, however it is also only 2-3 Minutes. Given how close it is to the station, there are quite a few combinis and restaurants/Izakayas around. The room itself is nothing special, but also nothing bad. The personnel was nice and eager to help when I requested another pillow. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Often the breakfast in hotels only has a small western portion, however I feel like that here they finally reached a good balance between western and Japanese cuisines.

Cons:

While the hotel wasn't exceptional, there also wasn't anything glaringly wrong with it.

Pros:

料金がお手頃価格だった。室内は清潔。スタッフさんも親切。朝食バイキングは思った以上にメニューがあり、美味しかった。

Cons:

大浴場がないこと。近場のお風呂やさんに行ったら定休日だった。
トイレの自動の流水音がうるさかった。

駅に近かった
バスの乗降も便利でした（秋芳洞に三十分で行けた）

Cons:

金曜日の夜　お酒の入った方々が遅くまで大声で話してました　
コンビニたくさんあった　スーパーもあると良いですね（これはしょうが無いです）
