Disappointed, not a good value for the cost.
Pros:

The location is really the only thing to recommend this hotel out of so many others in Boston. Things I liked:
clean and comfortable - fulfilled the basic needs of a hotel.

Cons:

I don't know why this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The property is nice enough and the location is excellent, but they have NO amenities really. Other than cold water in the lobby, there is nothing that warrants a 4 star guest experience. Examples: 1 soap only for the bathroom - pump ones in the shower. Nothing like other hotels offer (slippers, shower cap, 2 soaps in case don't like shower gel, cost for bottled water, etc.) Nothing that aids in comfort for the stay. Also, valet parking only at $$$ rate.

We had a great time at the hotel and indeed Boston as a whole.
Pros:

Two Queen beds was ideal for my daughter & i. The room was a good size for two people. The location made it easy to get to the harbour and the excursions that we had pre booked.

Staff was unfriendly. We had several pieces of luggage and NOT ONE person assisted us. Also, it's tax after tax on your receipt when you check out.

Pros:

It wasnt included so very poor for the price of the room

Cons:

The pool was tiny no hot tub the treadmills sucked our shower handle is broke. There wasnt any wifi unless u paid. There wasnt any breakfest unless u paid. At 500 bucks a night i would never ever stay here agaim or recommend it to anyone. Very poor amd the staff didnt even wanna do there jobs. Had to do eveything online. Very poor.
