Kind staff, comfy bed, good breakfast
Overbooked and had complications at check in despite me booking months in advance
The room was loud at night from all the traffic. Also the pool and hot tub were very dirty. We couldn’t even use them they were so dirty.
The location was excellent. We were able to walk to see Mamma Mia, and if you don't mind a longer walk, it's easy to get to downtown on foot or by bike. The hotel is also close to the parks, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking available, and the room was spacious with a full kitchen.
The shower felt a little outdated, and because some guests were kitchens, there were occasionally food odors in the hallways. The breakfast option available . The fruit could be fresher, though—the bananas were brown and overripe. Keeping the fruits with fresh options would be an easy improvement.
Excellent room, comfy beds, very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location to access downtown.
The size of the room and the quietness even though our window faced S Capital
That the bathroom was so far removed from the bedroom
Proximity to Boise State for graduation. Breakfast was ok. It was nice they threw a party the night before graduation, but we didn't get to partake.
Our Suite was nice and large, but the walls were paper thin, and the one bedroom could hear horrific snoring through the wall. Our other bedroom was aligned with the busy street, which cars zoomed by up until late each night. Not a good room if you wanted a decent full night's sleep.
The One bedroom with pull out bed in another room that I booked was not given to me it was a single room Very Dissatisfied
They gave me a single Room instead of ONE BEDROOM, with the PULL OUT in a Separate room,Very Dissatisfied
The front desk attendant was remarkable. She always was courteous, addressed me by my first name whenever I arrived our departed, and was very helpful with any questions I had about the hotel or local information.
The room smelled of leftover food and I had to open the windows for an hour.
