From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed so graciously. The staff goes above and beyond here, from the front desk, restaurant area to the cleaning staff. They have an amazing complimentary breakfast, made fresh to order. From 5:30-7:30 they have complimentary drinks and 2 meals to choose from that they have available. If you drink alcohol they even give you 2 complimentary beverages as well from the restaurant. Everyone is so polite and cheerful. The hotel and room is clean. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. Definitely where I’ll be staying from now one.

My wife Samantha George and I (Andre' George) had a lovely experience with Mason at the Mangos Bar! He provided a unique, entertaining experience as well as provided excellent customer service! He was engaging with ALL his guests that he encountered throughout the course of our visit! He did not let the volume of guests distract him from providing excellent customer service to everyone!

Beautiful hotel. Very attentive and helpful employees to include the security team in the parking lot. Too many people to name who did excellent work even outside of their role to meet our needs. I wish I came to Tampa more often just to stay here. Best service and food. Breakfast staff from the black man cooking who I cannot remember his name to the sweetest and kindest Milliel who just lit up the experience with her smile and constant assistance for anything we needed. You have amazing workers who obviously love what they do and love working here. Great atmosphere and work environment. Happy employees make guests even happier. I had a fantastic stay. Front desk staff always found the way to yes to help the guests as well. Thank you.

Mariela & Millie served us well. From the beginning to end. They kept asking if we want anything. Food was good. We are very happy to have them around. Much appreciated to all the staff.

When chef ran out of waffle mix, Millie & Mariela got more made and Chef made me a fresh waffle! Next level service!!

Matthew at the front desk made check-in one of the smoothest and easiest I've ever experienced. He was welcoming, professional, and immediately made us feel at home.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, and that's all thanks to Millie, Eleny, and Mike. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made every morning a pleasure. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of, and their 10/10 service did not go unnoticed.

It's rare to find an entire team that consistently delivers such outstanding customer service, but everyone we interacted with truly exceeded expectations. They made our stay an amazing experience, and we can't thank them enough.

Shani has been awesome from the first day we started breakfast. She’s kind, curious and always willing to help with anything we needed. Great smile and personality.

Our experience from start to finish has been 100% top notch! We are local and do to a major AC issue in our home we had to stay at the here and I have to say, the staff from the front desk all the way to the room attendants , breakfast staff and Mangos restaurant servers, bartenders (Kale, Mason, Sedrick) treated my family and i like family and not just like customers. The hospitality has been over the top and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who would appreciate the hospitality and great service/food.

Millie at breakfast is a sweetheart. It was a pleasure to start the morning with her.
