The room was very quiet, but when the heat turned on it was quite loud.........not a problem for us as we are used to such noise but for others it may be considered uncomfortable.

Location and cleanliness
No coffee maker in the room , the price! ($143? for a motel in Peterborough? really?) and the "snack bar" was weak- they charged for a keurig coffee pod.
I liked that when I asked the next morning to get two more pillows that they were delivered later that afternoon. I also liked that when they cleaned our room, that they gave us 2 bars of soap that time!
My husband had to wait about 10 minutes for the staff to come to the desk so he could check in, as he was out smoking. When I went downstairs 10 minutes later, he was gone again! There are no smoking signs everywhere, yet at the end of the hallway to go out the back door was a can overflowing with cigarette butter, so it smelled in that area.
There was a Keurig machine but no coffee or anything to put in it.
We didn't like that there was only one pillow per person and only one bar of soap!
Clean and well maintained, had the necessities.
Room didn’t have a microwave but wasn’t a big deal I suppose. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

There was no coffee for guests for morning.
Lousy tv should upgrade to smart tv be nicer for guests.

We had a microwave and a mini fridge in our room which was nice. The manager was very friendly. The wifi is exceptional and reliable. Heating and cooling is simple for temperature control in the rooms.
There were multiple stains on the bottom of the beds that looked unsightly. There are no accessible outlets. There is no complimentary coffee and the vending machines are quite expensive. And the lighting isn't the greatest - beds each have their own light but are very bright.
Location was good. Bed was clean. Lots of parking.
Lots of street noise. There were holes in the wall. The bathroom fan was very loud
The location was perfect for our venue , including walking distance to restaurant and Tim Hortons 👍
