Beautiful hotel in lovely location
Pros:

Everything great. Excellent location between town and marina. Small pool but lovely area. Staff very helpful. Housekeeping excellent. Lovely rooftop bar with anaxing views and great for breakfast too.

Cons:

There is a venue opposite which can be very loud on the evening which can spoil time on the balcony. Not the hotels fault but can become annoying especially when we upgraded to the seaview balcony and would have liked a bit more peaceful.

Cons:

Is zeker geen Boutique hotel! Totaal geen sfeer of stijl. Engelse enclave. Ontbijt ver onder de maat wat je mag verwachten van 4 sterren. En zwembad is super klein. Dompelbadje is het meer.

Hotel Regina was an excellent value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast with the panoramic view was a highlight, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views over the Bay of Naples.
My girlfriend and I (both in our late 30s) stayed here for four nights, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The basic room is okay, but I would recommend upgrade to the following level (a little bit bigger) if your are planning on staying several days. The small difference is worth it. The location is perfect—close enough to walk everywhere in Sorrento while still being quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only areas for improvement would be a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work remotely (rare in Sorrento) and a larger pool. The pool is beautiful and you get excellent food and drinks services, but relatively small. However, these are very minor points considering the price. Compared to hotels charging two or three times as much, Hotel Regina delivers an exceptional overall experience and fantastic value for money.

The hidden taxes, which we didnt really understand….. had to pay a cash tax as we arrived, and a £4 euro per person per night tax as we left.

Petit-déjeuner agréable sans être à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement - peu de choix de qualité
La salle de bain dans la chambre était minuscule et les équipements vétustes, à nouveau pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel
Personnel, concierge parfaits.
Qualité de la literie. Vue exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Sanitaires, taille de la chambre.
Discothèque sous la fenêtre même si les horaires sont corrects. Compliqué de faire une sieste efficace.
Petit-déjeuner plus varié et proposant de vrais choix de qualité.

A fabulous hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to again in the future!
Pros:

Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was varied and very tasty and the rooftop bar was stunning.

Cons:

The pool area was fabulous but it could have done with being more closely monitored - for example a group of 4 guests had reserved 8 beds between them and kept them all day, stopping others being able to sit down. And a large group of very loud guests were drinking and smoking in the pool, which was less than ideal.
