Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with a gorgeous pool area ...immaculate throughout...fantastic location, lovely breakfast

Cons:

Our room , a double room without balcony which is what we booked and was fine ....it was so small with no mirror apart from in the tiny bathroom , smallest shower ive ever seen and if we weren't of slim build it wouldn't of been doable at all , the pipe was right infront of the on/off valve and we had to pull the pipe away from the wall to turn the shower on ,but this was rectified after a couple of days, housekeeping must have spotted it as I didn't report it, also watch out for city tax on checkout....gorgeous 4 star hotel but room not so at all

Great Hotel, great views
Pros:

We loved the hotel, the location, the views, the pool and the service.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were very limited. The little bites that varied each day were interesting but not to our liking. Expanding main breakfast choices like egg omelettes, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes and/or smoked salmon would be great additions, even if you eliminated the little bites.

Pros:

The staff were accommodating, the location and that it had a pool so you didn't have to go to the beach, you could relax by the pool after being out exploring or shopping.
Also tge rooms had shutters that you could put down to keep the sun out and in the evening the lights out so you could have a great nights sleep

Muy lindo hotel !
Pros:

El hotel es ta ubicado cerca de todo !
El personal es muy amable
La terraza es muy linda para desayunar y ver los atardeceres!
Tiene estacionamiento y eso es muy bueno !
Nos permitieron dejar el auto ahí x una noche extra que fuimos a capri!
Muy buena opción en sorrento!

המלון בעיר העתיקה, לא במרכז ההמולה, שקט ונגיש ברגל. חדר האוכל בקומה העליונה משקיף לנוף מהמם של הים. יש חניון למלון

קבלנו חדר זוגי קטן שאין קטן ממנו. פשוט הכי מביש שיש ובטח למלון 4 כוכבים. בחדר אין כסא אין ארון ואין מראה חוץ מבמקלחת שגם הייתה פיצית. ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת ודלה ביותר. הצוות בחדר אוכל שירותי ולבבי אבל הארוחה מהגרועות והמאכזבות שקבלנו. הפרודוקטים הכי בסיסיים ולא איכותיים.

A lovely recharge after the heat of Rome and Naples
Pros:

We loved staying here, and the biggest draw card was the pool. We stayed by the pool every day, until close. Both Mani and Riccardo (I hope I get these right!) were so lovely and worked long hours. The breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with some hot food like bacon, though we would have liked some more fruit on offer. They make espresso coffee for you for breakfast and serve you tea if requested. The drinks by the pool were on the pricier side but we honestly didn't mind because after the heat of Rome and Naples we were happy to pay for the convenience.
