No air-conditioning. Fridge was warm. Heated mirror in the bathroom in a heatwave. No space for the chair at the table. Lights blinking when fan on max. Construction area. Ground floor towards the street. Garbage experience.
A good option for travelers looking for reasonably priced accommodation. The metro and train stations are about a 10–15 minute walk away, which was very convenient for us. The rooms are small and modest, but they have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We stayed during a very hot period. Unfortunately, the room does not have air conditioning, and it was difficult to ventilate it properly. The windows of the neighboring building are very close, so we could not keep the windows open comfortably, and with the blinds closed there was very little air circulation.

Easy check in, decent sized room and nice bathroom.
The room was compact, but had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean, and I didn't experience any noise either from within the hotel or outside.

Availability, given it was a very last minute thing
For cheap and last minute it was what I expected in many ways. However, the room was small, decorated years back, basic, lacked air con so was too warm and about as low a quality as I think I'll go.
The staff was very nice and the room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and made both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made my stay much more convenient.
The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. While the hotel itself is a little dated, with older furniture and a TV that could use an update, it has plenty of potential for improvement.
The bus stop is just a short walk away, and the tube is also very close, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked. As I mentioned, the hotel is a little dated, but that’s something that can definitely be improved and didn’t negatively affect my stay. The only aspect I wasn’t particularly fond of was the surrounding area, which felt a bit run-down at times. If you’re a solo female traveller, I’d recommend being a little extra cautious, especially if you’re out after 10:00 p.m. That said, this is more about the neighbourhood than the hotel itself.

Номера можна убирати краще. Пол таке відчуття, що мили, що ні. Ну ремонт трохи можна оновити. І коли жарко, то краще кондиціонери поставити замість вітряків, бо трохи душнувато було
The bed was so comfy and it was clean. It had no lift but the staff took my suitcase up for me which was much appreciated. Only needed to stay one night for work. I'd never stayed in the area before, the restaurants around elephant park are fantastic independent and varied cuisines. Tube is only 5 or 10 min walk depending on the line you need. It's basic but what I expected for the price.
No air con and I thought id do OK with the fan but days temperature hit 26C so the room was horrendously hot. It did have a fan but on full power it was incredibly noisy and after getting very little sleep I checked out about 7am. Would stay again if I only need a one night stop but not in the summer!! Also the TV picture quality wasn't great
Albergo pulito, posizione buona. Il personale è stato gentile da farci lasciare le valigie per poter girare a Londra anche l’ultimo giorno nonostante avessimo fatto il check out.
The hotel was clean and in a good location. The staff were kind enough to let us leave our luggage after we had checked out, so we could enjoy our last day exploring London without having to carry our bags around.
