The location of the hotel is perfect! Bus stop literally just in one minute walk. Train station (London Bridge 9min with a bus, so really recommend this hotel if you come from Gatwick airport!
The hotel staff is really friendly and the breakfast is quite good (fresh fruits, you can make your salat, good pastries , eggs, mushrooms, bacon etc)
There was one tiny thing (my hairdryer didn’t worked(but it was not a big deal for us)😀.

The breakfast was more than OK even though the same each day.
Conectivity using the Bus was great and also the distance from the nearest Underground stations (20-25 min. walking).
The option to leave luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check-out
The value for money was great.
The lack of a wardrobe in the hotel room and a coat rack at the entrance.
Attractive dining room and bar/reception. Small but well laid out room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Motion sensor dim light in bathroom for use at night.
Hum from extraction in bathroom. On constantly. May have been a fault but if not it should be on a timer. Without this fault it would have been extremely quiet despite being on the main road side of the hotel.

Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet
Center im Zimmer lies sich nicht öffnen und leider war auch die Klimaanlage defekt, somit war es mit 3 Personen in einem Zimmer extrem stickig.
Auch war das Wasser nach dem eine Person geduscht hatte so heiß, das man Pausen einlegen musst, bevor die nächste Person duschen konnte.
Temperatur lies sich nicht regeln.

Location
The hotel looked different from the pictures. The staff were not rude but made absolutely no attempts at customer service. The room was not cleaned and checked properly by housekeeping. The breakfast was disgusting. The public areas are clearly not cleaned properly. The mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were bad quality. Overall terrible experience. Will not be booking here again
