La habitación que nos toco es un poco chica
Staff very helpful, clean and in good condition, secure and safe
The promotion process (ie I booked half board) I was given a voucher to use of ALL F&B, however every evening each staff member told me different rules, one said ok for alcohol, next night not ok and took 40mins to resolve- it was very embarrassing, next few nights again it changed with one person taking the voucher off me completely, on speaking with DM she also again didn’t tell me the correct information which was on my booking. Also at check out a extra 4000 was added and they didn’t know why, another 20mins wasted and no one would let me know what it was. Other than the promotion process being unclear everything else was fantastic- hotel, food, staff all amazing 🤩 thankyou

Bed was really firm , which was good.
The staff had an undertone rude behaviour.
I called reception asking for WIFI password , said to me check the table. That was unnecessary especially as i have picked up the phone to call, and i was obviously far away from it.
Excellent rapport qualité prix
Great location and although not next to a tube, we never waited longer than 3 minutes for a bus. Rooms were very spacious and beds were super comfortable. Hair dryer, ironing board in the room and iron available from reception. The mini cooler and safe were also a plus. All in all. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

Location a bit dodgy for a woman alone
We were at the back of the building on a Tuesday so was pretty quiet. Shower was good.
The bed was squishy and hurt our backs. The sheets had yellow patches. Located in a sketchy area with no train nearby. It is not near tower bridge - a 40 minute walk so the name is misleading
A former premier inn was very clean ,the staff were very good and an upgrade on a general premier

L'hôtel est très bien tenu, très propre, le personnel accueillant et efficace, de bon conseil aussi. Le quartier est très populaire, même en rentrant tard seule, je n'ai rencontré aucun problème, arrêt de bus proche, qui dessert pratiquement toutes les destinations 👍👍👍 donc si on n'aime pas trop marcher c'est l'idéal, Tesco et Aldi a quelques minutes de marche. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts à proximité, même à pied dont tower bridge 15 à 20mn🤗
El desayuno un poco caro y la ubicación bien conectada por autobuses al centro pero la zona no era muy buena.
