Hotel confortevole ed in posizione strategica
Pros:

L'hotel è in una zona non centrale, ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici ( con un solo bus, la cui fermata è a pochissimi metri dell'hotel, si raggiungono le zone di maggiore interesse per i turisti).
Abbiamo molto apprezzato le stanze nuove, ben arredate; l'assenza della moquette e la presenza dell'aria condizionata (cose molto difficili da trovare negli hotel a basso budget in UK).
La stanza veniva pulita e riordinata ogni giorno.
E' possibile prenotare la colazione di giorno in giorno, noi non abbiamo usato questo servizio, ma è sicuramente comodo!

Horrible experience - asking everyone to please avoid this hotel by any means
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Super rude staff, horrible room, pathetic bed, nothing works in room from remote to TV from switch to AC. Obnoxious smell in room, unclean bathroom, torn linens - how much do I say ? And yes front desk threatening

It was a lovely hotel and the team were lovely! The only downside was the bedsheet but everything else was so clean
Pros:

The location was great not far from London Bridge, the aircon in the property was fab and just what we needed for our stay when it was 38 degrees!!

Cons:

The bed sheet did have hairs on and dried specs of some sort of fluid. We ended up moving our pillows to the end of the bed to sleep.
