Room not as displayed on photograph
Cons:

The Deluxe Sea View room photograph did not resemble the room we were allocated. The room on booking.com displayed a Juliet balcony, but we had room number 10, which was a room with a small window.
I booked this specific room to enjoy the beautiful views from the hotel. When I asked at reception, I was advised that the rooms with the Juliet windows are The Admiral rooms and there was none available. The receptionist also advised he had never had this complaint before. I found this very disappointing.

A wonderful chilled out overnight with amazing scenery and very attentive and friendly staff.

The room was large and stunning scenery from our verandah.

Good, comfortable hotel with a nice relaxed atmosphere in an incredibly beautiful location overlooking the loch.
Pros:

The view , the balcony. The breakfast, the staff.

Cons:

Beds could have been softer but were ok. Noise from upstairs room (squeaky floorboards but unavoidable I guess).
