Great location
Pros:

Great location, plenty of places nearby including multiple restaurants/bars, a Tesco next door and the Motorpoint Arena. Parking is opposite the hotel too.

Room even had an A/C unit which is a bonus.

Cons:

No complaints.

Great location
Pros:

Had a single room. Very clean, good price for a 'city' hotel. Bed was comfortable and towels nice and thick. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and the breakfast room staff were exceptional. We were a little early to check in and were told it would be 20 GBP more or we could come back in an hour. Give me a break! If the room was ready, then just let us check in.
Excellent location, close to Motopoint arena where we saw a concert. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants close by and parking at the Lace Market Parking garage was convenient. The hotel gives a discount for the 24 hour fee.

Great location but take ear plugs if light sleeper.
Pros:

Location, being close to good car park, comfy beds & cleanliness.

Cons:

Noise insulation, hear movement/ footsteps from all directions.
Breakfast area too small for guest's.
Having to queue for breakfast.

Pros:

Very centrally located, very clean and tidy throughout with good facilities. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Easy check in /out. Over all a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast needs reviewing, particularly the hot food. Should really provide a la carte menu made fresh rather than buffet style as food gets tepid/cold over time. Should really offer more egg options rather than cold hard boiled eggs and cold rubbery scrambled eggs.
