Warm in the hallways.
Simplicity in finding the location.
Not having the handicap room on the first floor available, and the elevator to the second floor took forever to get to work.
The place looked and smelled unsanitary. Made me not want to eat or stay there once I checked in. I prepaid so I couldn’t go anywhere else without paying again. Will never come back.
Very run down and dirty smelling. Over ran by Hispanic occupants that party, drink and smoke all night at the pool. They also intimidate you with dirty looks if you try to use the facilities. When advised the front desk they said they have a contract for 65 rooms there so basically they get to do what they want. Rooms are smoked out, outdated, lumpy old mattresses, cigarette burns in bedding, mold stains in the bathroom, phone and lamp didn’t work. I was charged $270 for 2 nights in this $#@& hole. Very disappointed and disgusted. WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN. Shuttle was very dirty and had no AC!
Beds were confortable, room was clean.
Building common grounds are poorly maintained. Pool area was busy with a group of adult males heavily drinking and playing loud music. That went on from 4:30 pm until late into the night, past 11 pm. An exterior side door was just hanging unsecured.

The breakfast wasn’t bad lots of drinks and food to choose from
Bed was uncomfortable. Stayed two nights in between the nights they never took out the garbage in our room or the lobby both over following. They never brought and replaced towels. They’re was no hand soap for washing hands. Fridge didn’t rly makes things that cold even with the dowel turned up max cold.
Staff very nice. Breakfast was great. Overall, just what we needed.
Needs updated. We had three rooms and each had a couple of issues. Old furniture was in the hallway.

Bathroom dirty, mold all over the shower, vomit on the wall, carpet filthy and the mattress was awful

The hotel was dirty, safety hazards everywhere and my son found a Crack pipe in our room.
