Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Hope they renovate this place soon
Pros:

The saving grace of this experience was the wonderful woman behind the desk; she was very personable and helpful. The outside of the hotel was very attractive. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and banks a few blocks away.

Cons:

According to the photos, I may have gotten the only room that was in desperate need of renovation and honestly it was decrepit. The wall to wall carpet had multiple large stains and obvious holes in the floor underneath. If only they paid as much attention to the inside of the building as they do to the outside it may have been worth the price I paid for a room in such horrible condition.

Pros:

Very comfortable, very quiet and calm we had a very relaxing stay. Very beautiful old house, the space was simple but fulfilled all of our needs, staff were lovely and very yummy fresh fruit with inclusive breakfast. Had a very satisfying stay, would visit again 😊
